in a little over a week, im moving and planning on setting up my CR-10 s5 and print a orc transport ship in 40k scale for both a gaming piece to drop the entire ground force in one go, and to actually store and carry the army. the printer is big enough to do it in 2 pieces, but barely! at 500mm x 500mm x 500mm.
Thanks to this video I just got a resin Longer 30 Orange for $150 bucks.. After watching this video I went on the link and than started to look at the resin printers and saw the deals they have going on.. Thanks and great video.

Amy advice on how to best clean the bed so it doesn’t show previous prints? I just got the printer and I’m having issues keeping my prints down. Would you have any good cura settings?
Alcohol for cleaning the bed. Also, if you are having isse with that first layer. Make sure you are level first. Then hit the bed with a bit of hair spray. That will add a little bit of extra stick. I do this like 80% of the time.
Great video, is there an fdm printer you'd recommend for a beginner. I'm across resin printing but it would be my first fdm. Also any specific spool you'd recommend?
This is a great one for the cost. With the link and coupon codes I posted this one drops to 299.99. Also I find an angled scraper is really good for popping off prints because you can get more leverage. Also hair spray helps pritns stick to the bed better

I have not printed any minis on this machine yet, but I have printed minis in the past on these type of printers. It can be tricky, but minis that are a medium base or larger are not too bad to print. I have an older video on my channel when I first started showing some minis I printed on an fdm printer, vs a resin printer.
