A clever way of say this guy's talking shit. He totally made this story up to impress Joe Rogan logically makes no sense. His story doesn't add up. Also wolves try to avoid humans at all costs.
Well initially it was disease and general dangers to our life since we as a species are so frail. Then we circumvented that by innovation and now we just proliferate ad nauseaum.....
"There needs to be a balance between predator and prey, but the real problem becomes when people do not want to manage the predators, they want nature to sort itself out and it does not really work that way..." -Joe Rogan Applies to our current times.
Nature is just... nature! It can or cannot "work" depending on who you are. If you are a privileged spoiled kid in a 1st word country, then nature "works" for you. If you are an unlucky starving kid who will be forced to essentially be a slave for the rest of his/her life, then nature does not "work" for you. It's always about POV. Nobody has the power to change it as well. There will always be the lucky and privileged ones that will not even accept the fact that they are lucky and privileged because of their massive ego. So yeah. Nature doesn't work right or wrong... it just works!
I used to be a cop in Oklahoma where people take wild cubs and breed them with huskies and malamutes . These people called 911 after they got cornered by the pack taking 9 Cubs. "Poeple want nature to sort itself out" Those people forget that we're part of Nature, the balance. And we have an element of our existence that no other creature on this Earth possesses which is consciousness. Though his methods are extreme Thanos is probably right. Life left unchecked destroys itself due to a lack of balance between life & death. That's "Nature sorting itself out" too much life is followed by too much death. Thus, the balance is maintained. With consciousness you can maintain that balance without resorting to extremely catastrophic or tragic means such as mass murder by paying attention and tweaking when necessary, like a manager, minimal necessary force/involvement. The purpose of life is to live. The purpose of death is to die. The purpose of consciousness is to maintain that balance. We're (so far) the ultimate pinnacle of that representation.
Theres not a single person commenting on here that has the same experience/knowledge that John Dudley has in the archery/hunting world. FACT! The guy is an archery legend.
Between wolves and cougars the black tailed deer population in much of northwestern Washington state has been dramatically reduced except for inside towns. Big predators are unwilling to come into towns and the deer populations become ridiculous. If you don't build an 8 foot deer fence, your garden and flowers are gone. Hunters are SOL. Jess
Let us hope in another 20 years or so Joe will finally have a true story to tell on his podcast. Had there been wolves in the area that buffoon would not even see one. He would not last a week in the wild let alone a year.
Too few wolves causes major problems too. Yellowstone just reintroduced wolves into the area because with them gone the deer and other animals had too many animals and they were eating all the grass, birds were dieting off, insects were not around, either. These animals were causing all kinds of havoc on the eco system. Now there are wolves again and everything is flourishing again.
I live in Alberta and have seen quite a few wolves and bears. But I will never forget one time a wolf came into a clearing I was in. He was huge! Without a doubt the biggest wolf I've ever seen and I didn't take my eye off him for one second. Head on a swivel and time to get the fck out of there! lol I had no firearm so wasn't about to piss around with that monster.
Joe Rogan will never reply to this but here's my story; When I was 13 I had an abusive mean alcoholic father, I was also 2 ranks away from earning my eagle status in Boy Scouts. So it's fair to say "I knew my shit" and was not afraid of the woods or camping. One night I got angry / fed up and ran away. Took all my camping gear strapped on my back and rode a few miles away on my mountain bike to my friends neighborhood. There was a park / baseball field / soccer field and a deep deep wooded area behind this park which was miles deep. I'm sitting at the edge of the woods Preparing for my hike and locking my bike against the baseball field chain link fence. It's 9:30pm or 10:30pm and there's no lights in this park it's pitch black dark. I hear rustling in the woods coming towards me from directly behind. I shine a light and it stops. I turn the light off and now it's approaching me from the right, I repeat the process and yell out "hello? Whose there?" No response. Now it's moving towards me from the left. You know how a cat stalks a predator and moves up just ever so slightly? Whatever the hell was out there was moving slow just like that and I could hear the dense bush , dry leaves cracking slowly beneath each footstep slowly. The hairs on my neck stood up I grabbed my bike, leaving my gear, and pedaled as FAST as I could across that baseball field towards the parking lot and up the hill towards the neighborhood street lights. I said "Jesus Christ! I may get an assbeating at home but that's sure better than getting eaten alive by god knows what" so I went back home and yes I got my ass beat. Not cause I left, not cause I came back. But because I left my gear and he wasn't gonna buy me another sleeping bag / tent.
Neat he's lived up here in Wisconsin. There were more wolves 5-10 years ago then there are now right around fort McCoy. They weren't reintroduced just naturally filter through to find new territory and establish their range.
Nature is always ebbs and flows.... To many wolves, the game population drops... when the game population drops the wolve population starts to drop and the game population rebounds, then the wolve population starts to rebound ... and on and on and on...
Caleb Goforth yes, as it damages ecosystems if a certain species is overpopulated however the reason why this happens is usually due to humans anyways lol
Nothing impresses me more than a hunter who is aware of game that is necessary to be hunted in order to preserve the greater wildlife. Also that the hunter has great respect for the predator/prey and its fight to exist.
That wolf that ate that porcupine had the same thought of a 40 year old man that ate ribs after 11 PM and had to take a dump in the morning, Ohhhh my asss!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I live in northern WI (Ashland County) and this man is absolutely correct in saying the wolves have become a problem. Kids being stalked while waiting for the school bus, pets and livestock being killed, and the deer have been decimated. We NEED to bring the balance back by lowering the wolf population but the DNR insists "we don't have a problem".

They don't mess around. They're dangerous predators.
i specifically watched this video to see if anyone commented this 😂 thank you
Born and raised in La Crosse Wisconsin. I can confirm that there are a lot of wolves in the Fort McCoy area
Probably coywolves. There is no population of wolves south of wisconsin
I love and respect wolves alot, they are probably my favorite animal. But you are absolutely correct when you say having too many of them is detrimental to other animal populations.
This dude just had a full conversation with himself and covered like 10 different topics
Joe "I dont always interrupt my guests" Rogan
A clever way of say this guy's talking shit. He totally made this story up to impress Joe Rogan logically makes no sense. His story doesn't add up. Also wolves try to avoid humans at all costs.
You got that right
Got rid of the wolves and now we have more coyotes than Ever great job
It’s weird that he is wearing a shirt that says “Do Awesome shit”. And then shows a pic of a awesome shit.
yuck get out
*Has shootout with wolves first time* Second time: “I’m just bringing the bow”
I know that wolves are dangerous but I really love them they are my favorite wild animal.
So who’s checkin our over population? Aliens?
Liberals Do - they bring in Communism and starve millions of people to death.
Well initially it was disease and general dangers to our life since we as a species are so frail. Then we circumvented that by innovation and now we just proliferate ad nauseaum.....
No. Bigfoot!
Correct.
I mean bigfoot , aliens , monster all over the world maybe.... every year there are thousands of people that dissapear so maybe..
"There needs to be a balance between predator and prey, but the real problem becomes when people do not want to manage the predators, they want nature to sort itself out and it does not really work that way..." -Joe Rogan
Applies to our current times.
Don't mess the Big Bad Wolf 🐺
I used to be a cop in Oklahoma where people take wild cubs and breed them with huskies and malamutes . These people called 911 after they got cornered by the pack taking 9 Cubs. And I was the first one to respond and I’d never forget that experience . They’re huge animals and let me pass chilling shit
"I had a connection with the alpha wolf "...........yawn
randy wood when he said that I laughed so hard, I was like I know what type of loser he is.
@@mikes3759 You didn't hear his original story. He killed a deer and was gutting it when he heard wolves howling. 2 came in at a full run and the guide had to take them down. The Alpha was howling and the others were responding. They realized they were in the wolves Den. They only had a few shells left and the Alpha actually came in and checked them out. In not doing the story justice. Please don't respond because I can't stand internet deusch bags.
@@SLYGARR They unnecessarily shot a single wolf before they were ever in any danger, causing a response from the pack. Wolves aren't stupid. And, if you don't wan't anybody to respond, then don't post. Also, learn how to spell, douche bag.
@@DougDobak Billiant mate, boy is a complete knob
Coming from someone that lives in northern Wisconsin, the amount of wolves have easily tripled in the last 10 years. You can hear them howling all the time at night nowadays.
I know I live in minocqua and you can hear coyotes and wolves almost every night around here
nice
Do you and the locals like them and appreciate their presence? Or have there been problems and conflicts?
People think because wolves look dogs they act like dogs, they don't.
I love 🐺''s. Here in Colorado I am blessed to have had amazing interaction with them. 💕
Wolves bring out joes inner child it’s awesome
Brutality bring out his inner child😂
Amen to the Wisconsin wolf problem
This guy's voice is great. Great enough to have Joe Rogan sit in silence for like 5 minutes at a time

"Poeple want nature to sort itself out"
Those people forget that we're part of Nature, the balance.
What a monologuist
He is very right about that they will catch the scent and then they will remember it forever
Wildlife manged to balance it's self pretty well until humans decided to start fucking with it.

Jess
Love heroes like this guy who take out unarmed animals hahahahaha.
Shitting porcupine quills. Goddamn that's hardcore.

"it's strange" bro likes to say that lol
Who would’ve thought the big angry wild dogs don’t fuck around?
Joe “I know this wolf” Rogan
I saw the title and just start laughing hysterically
U never been out?
Let us hope in another 20 years or so Joe will finally have a true story to tell on his podcast. Had there been wolves in the area that buffoon would not even see one. He would not last a week in the wild let alone a year.
Magnificent, beautiful creatures.
Wolves are awesome.
UNLEASHING POTENTIAL - PSYCHOLOGY VIDEOS all fun in games until your fave to face with a wolf
I don't really think anyone here said anything about going out and cuddling with a wolf. Calm your jets. Lol
You know nothing about Wolves
2:18 I thought he was finna sing the National Anthem. No cap.
Wolves do mess around, it's a sign of their intellect. They love playing around together even the oldest ones and alphas like to mess around
He got in a shootout last time... rogan: did u guys bring extra bullets this time?
Dudley: we just had an arrow!
Me: WTF LMAO
bonethug1408 right lol I’m calling bullshit or he is just really dumb
Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe.
Joe Rogan will never reply to this but here's my story;
When I was 13 I had an abusive mean alcoholic father, I was also 2 ranks away from earning my eagle status in Boy Scouts.
Big man, shooting 3 wolves with a gun. What a hero
That's why the Wolf is the symbol of the Abyss Watchers
I dont respect people who hunt predators but self defense is different. Respect from one predator to another predator.
I don’t think anyone that hunts predators cares about your respect.....
Neat he's lived up here in Wisconsin. There were more wolves 5-10 years ago then there are now right around fort McCoy. They weren't reintroduced just naturally filter through to find new territory and establish their range.
I questioned him when he said he only brought a bow the 2nd time, I stopped listening when he said he had a connection to the wolf lol
I stopped as soon as I saw the American flag on his sleeve teamed with profanity on the front. Disgraceful disrespect to the flag
@@jjr1728 How else will people know he's a hardass?

Nature is always ebbs and flows.... To many wolves, the game population drops... when the game population drops the wolve population starts to drop and the game population rebounds, then the wolve population starts to rebound ... and on and on and on...

Well, nature does take care of too many predators, but it gets very nasty.
And nobody wants to see starving puppies either.

Humans have upset the balance in many places (sometimes they upset), so we became a part of the balancing process.
was animal overpopulation a problem before we overpopulated?
Caleb Goforth yes, as it damages ecosystems if a certain species is overpopulated however the reason why this happens is usually due to humans anyways lol
No. Its called ecosystem
Yeah wolf's are so smart!!!

Joe Wolves Don't Mess Around Rogan
I live in northern WI (Ashland County) and this man is absolutely correct in saying the wolves have become a problem. Kids being stalked while waiting for the school bus, pets and livestock being killed, and the deer have been decimated. We NEED to bring the balance back by lowering the wolf population but the DNR insists "we don't have a problem".
no no,You do have a problem.Yourselves.Figure out why the wolves staple food supply is so scarce and try to correct it or get used to it until it recovers,
Little Red
@@piereb1748 explain with logic how it's a hunter problem when wolves were purposely and negligently brought in. There's a reason they were eradicated in the first place.
There is no "problem". The poor animals just try to survive just like YOU do. Stop over-consuming and support corporations that destroy their habitats and they may go away in the woods!
When the snows falls and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies but the pack survives.
Spent a lot of time in northern Wisconsin and there’s always been a lot of wolves. Recently people have been spotting them in different parts of the state
