I have never seen anyone use the rake brush. This looks very interesting. I may need to get a rake brush and try it out. Thank you.

Another quick tip for checking the values in your painting. Have a copy of your reference in blabk and white. Take a photo of your work (in decent light, not all bleached out or too dark) and switch the photo to black and white. If you compare it to the black and white reference, the bits that need adjusting jump out. Same for flipping it back to front etc to check the drawing. I'm awful at seeing light and dark. I swear the colour blinds me!
