I think this is really good value for money, especially upstairs, so much space! I would use the "office" downstairs for a gaming room plus shoe and coat storage as its right near the front door. Love your description of things, well done, great job.

I love this house. I love the layout, the flow, the option of a study, the island in the kitchen, the size of the bedroom.. if I was buying I would purchase this however when am ready I will consider Bloor Homes.

Your video's and your commentary is also perfect, likewise your camera man is also very expert, regarding this house they try to fit more in less, however if they built kitchen at the front and dinning and family at back make more sense and fit's perfectly.

The kitchen layout is a little weird fr. The sink is too far from the stove. After cooking, it’d be so stressful to take the used pot to the sink.
Haha, maybe it could have been a bit closer, or maybe you can take the pot to a middle point on the worktop and then to the sink 😉
Good house, with plenty of space downstairs, however, bedrooms are on the small size. Double bed, cabinets and wardrobes and that's it......😢
