For the Heat Plasma Battery. Go to Hagios - Old Mystery (Hard Mode) - No mission modifier. Go to the room with the destroy Kuiper shards, DO NOT destroy the kuiper shards, keep the mission going and within the 4-5 mission timer there will be 4-5 yellow HP mosters that spawn, each of them will drop multiple amounts of heat plasma batteries, you are guaranteed to get 45-55 heat plasma batteries once you do this ,fail the mission, reset, and do it again. Hope this helps!
For the battlefield mission called Captured Base you suggested in Vespers / Lost Supply Depot area...I've ran it 10+ times on hard and have received 0x conductive metallic foil. definitely not a good place to farm these effectively. vault grinding is probably better. other tips were good though

Even in warframe universe gives you forma and catalyst for free, logging, event alert, nightwave and relic crackin'. Nexon should take note from warframe
What hard mode boss is that for I just got to hard mode and still need to do the hanged man which I’m not excited to do with randoms so I’m holding off. If it’s one of the first 2 than I’d be willing to do it for the extra chance

I thought energy activ, once put on works for that slot on all characters. I was wrong on that. This game is a money grabber if you’re too lazy to farm for it.
Just do Devourer on hard. It's 6% on 77 and 79 and since Devourer has the least amount of HP from all the colossi, he's pretty easy to kill in under a minute with a strong build.

There is no "easy" way. I don't know why everyone keeps using the same three words: easiest, best and fastest. No one's doing anything different from each other. This is no different from the way mobile games do it. The only difference is that you're not time-gated, but then again, there's the research times.

If they keep specific enough logs, it'd be as simple as setting a filter to search for instances where say "outpost12 boss defeated" isn't immediately followed up with "outpost12 complete" across all players to check who's killing outpost bosses without the mission completing aka people doing this exploit. Idk if they actually keep logs and if they do, how much it keeps track of but yeah. There's no hiding if they have logs.

This is the correct farm, its about a 6 minute run and you get enough to build one just about every time.

yes and no since they are 1 time use they should be rare, but 3%/6% base is kinda insane
just hope that they slightly improve some of the drop rates for these materials or at least exchange some to like a 3:1 shop
