Hi! Your tutorial was great, but do you have a video on customizing the first page with branding (logos) and a different second-page with a different header (or none) while keeping the footer the same? I'm working on a corporate template. Thanks!
This sounds great but I'm having trouble. I've grouped and pasted my custom footer (which includes a horizontal line across the top of the footer, with our logo, and organization name flush left under the line. I'd like to insert a page number flush right aligned with the organization name. When I click insert page number it deletes my pasted graphic. Also, all the page numbers seem to have a line across the top. Can you please include information about adding page numbers over/with a custom header or footer? Thanks!
