What swingarm did you use? I’ve measured, and done some research but can’t find a simple box swingarm that will fit and allow me to run a rear disc. Was that why you kept the drum?

Have you done much in the way of porting? raised the exhaust ports, cleaned up the transfers, cut the head into three pieces, run 550 carbs bodies, increased compression....those sort of things?
Positive, they put the ran air system on the head because on triples the center cylinders airflow is blocked by the front wheel, the shroud directs more airflow over the center cylinder keeping it cool
+ghettodeffender its also to do with the outermost cylinders having way more surface area than the central pot, so air cooling with more surface area is more efficient. The centre also (obviously) gets heat transfer from both cylinders on either side, and would be operating at a slightly higher temperature. plus it looks cool ;)

On my other race-Gt 380 i have a rear disc with the same swingarm.

Are you still using the oil pump, or are you pre-mixing?
hier i uesd the oilpump. last year i take the oilpump out an put the oil in the gasolin. But you have to make something on the crankshaft.
