To fix the remote, hold down on the menu/settings button for 6 seconds. You should see "Bluetooth disconnected" pop up on the TV screen. Remote should work now. You will now be using infrared to control the TV. Remote barley works when using Bluetooth for connectivity

How do i get the internet to work? I tried clicking on wifi but it just goes back to the home screen. So it won't let me turn wifi on or off. I already know the Bluetooth is on successfully. But i can't go online or stream any apps

I have a Hisense Tv and I am Unable to turn it on with the remote Once I Turn it on with The Button Under The TV, the remote works Alright and I can Even Turn it off with Remote.

EDIT: Try changing the Cell/battery in the remote..... it worked for me

Hisense new 75 TV is the worst POS I have ever owned. Nothing but problems I have to unplug it every day for the last 13 months if I want to get it to turn on. Their Customer service would not even send me a remote which stopped working 3 months in. Hisense Products? Never Again. I have a Samsung TV for 12 years, not one problem ever.

Hi, I'm sorry, I want to ask...why can I only press the on button on my TV remote...but when I want to turn off the TV, the off button can't function...the other buttons also have no function...only can I turn on using the remote and then I want to off has to be done manually....is my remote broken...???
