voice remote activation Hisense Android TV voice command control karaoke not working lorex home app

turning on your voice control in your remote is not automatic You must turn it on by linking the Bluetooth portion of the remote..
The remote will work right out of the box but the Bluetooth portion is not connected and must be connected before the voice command function of the remote will work for you..
Here's a quick video showing how to link them or pair them so that it will work for you..
We just got this Android 40-in TV so that we can run Android apps from the Play store primarily our lorex security camera app..
unfortunately when we go to the Play store the lorex app set is not compatible with this device..
although we have an additional Android TV box and it works great with the lorex Home app through the HDMI port of any TV..

The damn thing doesn't do anything. It keeps Tell Ng me "try to day..." with all kinds of stuff. I see the blue light blue nking when it talk but nothing happens

I had an update this week of android tv and I belong eve it did work prior. I never used it though. Tried it today but nothing.

we just bought a u8h and the voice control will not change the channel and their tech support says that is not supported, i don't believe them. horrible customer service trying to get this fixed.
