Great post, but these are not Formula 1 cars! In 1952 and 1953, due to a shortage of entries, the World Championship was run to Formula 2 regulations and was totally dominated by the Ferrari Tipo 500 F2 car. The Cooper Bristol was eligible for the World Championship and an example driven by Mike Hawthorn achieved excellent results in 1952 (3rd British GP, 3rd Dutch GP, 4th Belgian GP).
