Soke Inoue Yoshimi - This is my Karate - Seminar Italy 2013

Soke Inoue Yoshimi (Rika Usami's legendary master) talks about some key points of his method of teaching Karate:
- Sometimes a change of mindset is required to implement his Karate methodology. However, his approach can greatly benefit the competitors.
- It is difficult to maintain muscle tension during the entire execution of a kata. By applying his principles, it becomes easy to relax the muscles and consequently improve the technical level.
- Some parts of a kata require high concentration and muscle tension; other parts require muscle relaxation. According to Soke Inoue, it is impossible to maintain concentration (and muscle tension) for the entire duration of a kata. A good performer should be able to easily switch between these two states of concentration and relaxation.
- Lastly, breathing is fundamental during the execution of a kata. The mouth should never be closed and air should flow freely through it during the performance.

Watching Dr Sensi.Teacher,Master. Ironically can bring into the picture the Large American ,Obstical,. Seemingly part of the same Team,Butt utterly out of placce.An negative to the end point. The smile on Sensi face relaxed breathing within his posture,An what veg,shall go best with dinner,Tonight.compared with De narky,lump limping around in De backgrond.He seems ya be not happy.
