Usually you have to be careful when frying fish eggs because (sometimes) they will explode.

Never tried white bass eggs but I've had perch eggs and they weren't too bad lol

Yellow perch eggs are good, during ice fishing season, batter them in corn meal and fry. Perch egg sacks are a lot smaller, and about 3 months before spawn in Winter. Your fish egg sacks may be too close to spawn to be good !

Been a couple of years since I’ve had them but have always kept them when they were intact. Good eating but they can be a little bit fishy tasting. Like you were saying those are a little more “mealy” than black bass or catfish eggs are. Still worth the trouble to keep them and eat them in my opinion. Once again another eggcellent video
