To anyone reading this if you apply the change and it still dont work just apply the same setting as his config setting literaly and low the shadow quality to low it shall works it worked for me ❤
For anyone that has some questions about the fix.. Sadly I don't have the game anymore.. So that's all the fixes I've done on the video which let the game to be playable on my PC
this 30 fps also causes some problems with other people a fix for ALL is to set it as 27 in config HOWEVER BE WARNED!!!, it will cause a freeze everytime you open options or it either switches instantly to 30 so you will need to change your options in the config Edit: if you can, try to mod the ultimate hd edition with hd project, hd project has the fix for everything and also keeps the game at 60 fps without slow motion or any lags or things that irritate gameplay, as long as you have more than 80 Gb of space left on your pc you can install the game and the mod (the mod isnt 80 gb btw its 36 - 50 gb)
if your pc is low end but still stronger than recommended requirements of the game then use 29 variable fps it somehow works better even though its close to 30 and is technically 30, also you dont need to change the hz but its recommended for 60 hz and also make surei ts at 720p

If you have Intel graphics, right click on desktop, choose graphics properties, display and there look at the resolution you've got, write it down, then go to custom resolutions, make width and height be the resolution you wrote down and change the refresh rate to 59 hz, then save, go back to the previous page and you should see the 59 hz option in the refresh rate section, hope it helps!

Sorry bro, I don't have the game anymore, but you can check the config file if it is set to read only, if it did you can just uncheck/untick it and try disable vsync again
