I have an ongoing TBI...lost alot of muscle...weak and my brain is not talking to my large intestine takes me 4 to 5 days to have bm...what to do I need neurotransmitters back to brain
I had concussion and I can say that whey protein really does help. Along with the following. 1. Whey protein 2. Creatine monohydrate (boosts atp) 3. Magnesium pills (help repair nerves) 4. Omega 3 pills However if you have kidney problems check with your health care provider regarding this
I asked ChatGPT and the only differences is that Caffeine isn't good because it can increase inflammation and affect brain function and chicken is also good.

Be sure to get enough protein. You could consider whey protein supplements. Also, be sure to do muscle strengthening.
