I am glad to hear it is helping you. A small group of us (2 professionals and 2 family members of brain injury survivors) started a non-profit called Brainstorm for Brain Injury. We have a website and Facebook and Instagram pages. It might help you and your experiences could help us to help others. Thank you

Be sure to get enough protein. You could consider whey protein supplements. Also, be sure to do muscle strengthening.

I had concussion and I can say that whey protein really does help. Along with the following.
      1. Whey protein
      2. Creatine monohydrate (boosts atp)
      3. Magnesium pills (help repair nerves)
      4. Omega 3 pills
However if you have kidney problems check with your health care provider regarding this

I asked ChatGPT and the only differences is that Caffeine isn't good because it can increase inflammation and affect brain function and chicken is also good.

ChatGPT doesn't know anything and isn't a valid source.

@@kiteinthesky9324 It might make mistakes sometimes but overall it's correct most of the times. I've seen in other places confirming this too. Also isn't coffee just overall bad for your health regardless?
