They need to stop constructing these oversized properties as family homes because no one is buying them as over the years families are a lot smaller and the demand for much smaller and manageable properties. Definitely an investment property in need of some work. Not sure of its location of it could be a holiday guest house or air bnb. It has very nice balcony views though. Not bad price.
