Honestly, it was not the lyrics that made never mean unforgettable for me, it were the guitar tone, the chords and the silent spaces in the melody. Those were the features that made it unique and so heart-wrenching. Noisey had a really nice piece about the story and impact of AF s/t, it was a great read

Maybe it’s easier for narration’s sake? Besides AF, Nate has been there for Joan Of Arc, fills in for Davey in Cap’n Jazz, Make Believe, has helped mike produce some of the Owen records, Birthmark, and most recently Lies with Mike
Im sure that to the average listener that arent nerds about this stuff like us, they’ll just assume they’re brothers…then again idk that “average listeners” are listening to this stuff 😂
