Pedro has got the exclusive in my opinion. The way he's delivering leaves a lot to be desired. He is supposed to give the news in snippets and not the whole course.

Too much Caffeine during the day could be one of the causes Dunk. I personal only drink 1 coffee a day and never after 10am . Never drank Tea in my whole life. Also totally stopped Fizzy Drinks, cut them all out. I'm 65 now and survive on 6 hours sleep a night. Does your Doctor know how much Caffeine you drink?
