Phase 1: 1,500 room Ipaneum Tower 6 or 7 food & beverage venues 150K sq. ft. casino 150K sq. ft. pool 250K sq. ft. convention space Phase 2: 1,000 room Masquerade Tower 5 or 6 food & beverage venues Dreamscape founder/CEO Eric Birnbaum is aware of how much the Rio was loved in the 1990's and he wants to incorporate some of the 1990's Rio into a modern Rio. Marnell Companies is the architect for the renovations, which was founded by UNLV Gaming Hall of Fame architect Tony Marnell who designed The Mirage, Bellagio, Wynn & other casinos. I just love this. I was wondering how long you would last at Rio. I think until it’s all done one night is good. We just missed the pool being open by a few days. Flaming hot pot is my new fav. I had a bonus at FB that lasted 40 minutes.
Please tell me where you will be like on the 7th, 8th or 9th. I would LOVE to meet you finally. I will be staying at New York and Rio, also spending a day downtown. There from evening of the 6th till morning of the 10th.
You said you have never been in a property when it’s being shut down. From a “closing for good” standpoint that might be true. But you were there for perhaps the most infamous casino shutdown ever… March of 2020. Will never forget how that looked. Was very sad. What a time to be there
