Thank you so much! This was already 2 years ago. I had my sony TRD and Fujifilm W3 but It's only now that I am uploading 3D materials on RUclips with footages dated 2012. Yup! Thanks so much for this! Appreciate it a lot! I have a lot of hand breaking to do because I am editing my side by side on FCPX to remove bad footages and shakil bits.

I just used this technique to create files to place on a flash drive to play on my LG 3D TV. For that, one additional step is required. In the "Dimensions" tab, you have to get the output back to the correct aspect ratio. So, divide the original side-by-side image width in half (in my case, from 3840 to 1920). Then, when plugged directly into the TV's USB port, the TV says "3D Content Detected". Perfect playback. Thanks!!

I am wondering if you have any idea how to add an audio file to the video?
When I try the same method with a video that has narrated audio from Premiere Pro it is not picked up as 3D by YT when uploading.
how can i convert my sbs video to mp4 anaglyphic?i need to be able to play it from a dvd.thx
I tried it on H.265 and it didn't work, but it works on H.264. FYI for anyone having an issue
Can you also watch the video in regular 2d mode?
I dug up my old W3cam again and couldn't figure out how to upload 3d stuff to RUclips anymore. This seemsto help, converting as we speak so with any luck y'all can watch my awesome 720 P video of some birds eating peanuts! Yay!
have you converted w3 3d's videos to mp4???( 'cause mine are avis).
No... Unfortunately I know that Avis are very difficult to work with today so I have never used the w3 as a movie camera... I use the bloggy instead I only use the w3 for stills. I'm sure it can be done and probably done in handbrake I just don't have an urge to use that as a movie camera

The process I’m taking is:
1. Film on my Sony HDR TD20
2. Use Brorsoft converter to convert to SBS format
3. Add the metadata to this video using Handbrake and upload to RUclips (as you have done in the video)
However the issue I’m facing is that the 3D effect does not come out in the way that I hoped. I don’t know if it’s to do with the depth etc but I know it can be better as when I input the video into Stereoscopic Player, it gives me the exact effect I’m looking for, which the video generated in Brorsoft and Handbrake do not compare to.
I’ve seen some videos on RUclips of HDR TD10 & TD20 footage in 3D and it seems to come out perfectly - not sure if I’m missing something at all?
If you’d like me to upload a test video so you have something visual to go off then I’d be happy to.
And just out of interest... which camera did you use to film your test video for this?
yes would love to see the footage.. My footage was filmed with sony bloggie. Bloggie is cool but not spectacular

Having a similar problem. Tons of ghosting on my 3D video. I don’t get this problem in VLC player using their 3D effect. Trying to release it by Halloween. Any advice?
brorsoft is terrible, all it does is simulate the 3d which never looks good, all it does is push the image into the screen a bit. BD3D2MK3D makes a true 3d sbs video and is also free
Ew is that a mac wtf? actually REALLY surpised handbrake even supports it.
