Do one where you cut the tour pack to add the rear lights, you can use my bike, because I’m trying to get it done!

Great tip. You wouldn't believe how many YT videos use rocket science to mount these racks when it just takes some basic carpentry/mechanical skills.
The template Harley includes... what in the world is that for? lol

Should you use some blue lock-tite?

Do you have a video for installing a spoiler (part # 57200086DH) on a chopped tour pak?

Tried it with a 2014 tri glide and the rack does not line up with the holes..

Does anyone know the part number? I have a 2018 ultra classic and want to make sure I can use the same cheat. Does it work with all Harley Davidson factory racks?

Why would you ever mount one if you thought you were going to remove it in the future? Its going on a touring bike.
I guess you could use rubber plugs to fill the holes or buy a new lid/top.
