At first I though ok, we have another "Harley How To Guy". However you have become my favorite! You have a great step by step format and it is very professionally done. Thanks Man!
Thank You! Absolutely I could do one of those. I have a few projects in line, so I’ll make sure to add that to the list. Thank You again for the Support 🤟🏽
Looks awesome man! I’m sure the wife will enjoy the comfort! Literally got a RGS just because I watch this channel and I love my bike! Thanks for the content! & Thank you for your service 🤙🏽
Have you had the opportunity to compare the quality of harleys tour pack to advanblacks tourpack or hog works ? The big difference i noticed just in videos is the bottom plate in harleys pack os bigger and not just attached to the center of the bottom, like advanblack and hog works
The HogWorkz tour pack stands right next to Harley Davidson. Only issue I ran into with HogWorkz, is that it does take some work to get it to mount on the Harley 4-point docking hardware. But once you break it in, it fits just fine.
I have been searching for days on how to install the rack lights, so thank you!!!! There is one thing I would like to know and that is which side do I drill a hole for the 2022 Ultra tri glide trike?
That’s awesome! Thank You for watching. Honestly, if I could drill my holes leading to the “under the seat” harness, I would drill on the bottom of the tour pak. Just to clean it up and hide the wires. I’m not to familiar with the 2022 trike, but Hopefully this is answers your question.
Good to see guys doing reviews and installs of HD products. Expensive but worth the quality and fit and finish. 30 years on Harleys and can't recall an issue with a Motor Co product. Recently I decided to save some money and bought a chopped tour pak from a co. that rhymes with hog and works. What a disaster of a company. First pak paint started falling off in 6 mo. They said they'd send a new one out. Two months later after constant reminders they sent me a USED one! I bitched and sent it back (costing me time and resources) and the sent me another new one. New one had pimples under the paint on the lid. I bitched and asked how they planned to make it right. They sent me an email saying that they could no longer assist me. They quit when customers service was needed most! Cost me $200 to have the lid repainted. I would stick to HD fellas. Hog works sucks and in fact, I will avoid all the Taiwan import parts.
I absolutely enjoy Harley Davidson genuine parts. Sorry to hear about your experience with HogWorkz, I have a few products from them, and I haven’t ran into any issues. But with any company your always going to get one ☝🏽 bad product that slips through the cracks. And these days, nothing is made in America anymore. Almost every part I’ve pulled off my Road Glide says made in Mexico or Taiwan.
Me too..definitely getting the chopped tour pak,wait a minute, I have one,just haven't installed it yet,but after watching this...it will be 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽#teamroadglide
Awesome job! I have an 05 Electra Glide with a king tour pak but there aren't any lights on it. Been trying to find something so I can get me an up high brake light but so far I've not come across anything that will work. My 05 is the FLHTC that's carburated, and nobody seems to make any light options for the Classic, frustrated to say the least!
Thank You! Yeah, it’s unfortunate that there none available. Sometimes these lights could be slightly modified to fit with a little extra 3M tape to cover up gaps and create a better seal.
thanks for the Video, i just installed an aftermarket King tour pack and need to in stall the tail lights, so is the harness / splitter bike specific? and can you recomend one for a 2013 Elctra Glide Ultra Classic... thanks again 🤘🤘🤘🤘
That’s Awesome! Thank You. I would recommend either Ciro3D or custom dynamics. They have a few options for rear lighting that is bike specific and all plug and play. It’s fairly easy to navigate their websites and pick the right lighting for your specific model
Great video- love the step by step! I currently have 2 antennas - one for Radio and the other for my CB - I want to get the tour pack but where and how do I relocate these antennas ?
That’s awesome! Thank you for the Support Iris 🙏🏽 . For the antennas, you can buy shorty antennas, or there are different relocation kits that mounts them lower on the rear fender, or mount them on the tour-pak. Here a just a couple of links www.harley-davidson.com/us/en/shop/AM-FM-Antenna-Relocation-Kit/p/76561-09 www.surdyke.com/Parts.aspx?SubCatID=1755&catID=5&Name=touring&CatName=Antennas
Great job there Raider, I'm getting ready to put my amazon tour pak together and my question is did you use a metal plate inside of the trunk to fasten it to the luggage rack? Nevermind I see It
@@RAIDERWORLD Thanks for the info - I will check them out. Just bought a new 2021 Road Glide CVO. 2 piece seat. Added a tour pack but wife needs more comfort for longer rides then stock provides. I will look to see if Lucky Dave's has a seat with a bit more rear comfort/surface area.
I was nervous thinking I can’t do it myself but after watching your video and the way you explained it step by step I feel so much confident 👌🏽
That’s what I like to hear! I’m glad this video was helpful. Thank you for watching🙏🏽
That's the way they all should be Sometimes when I watch installation videos they always skip a step and it's never complete. Very impressed
Thank You! Definitely means a lot.

I’d have to check, but I’m currently away
Great install video!!! I’ve got a tour pack and rack ordered.
That’s awesome! I really appreciate the support 👊🏽
Looks great. I wished I'd seen this before the dealer installed. Oh well. It's done. Look for for all your videos.
Thank You! Yeah, dealership charges a crazy amount for something that is so simple.
Looks awesome! Can you show how to relocate antenna when adding a tour pack
Great video! Very detailed! Can you do one on how to relocate antenna when adding an aftermarket tour pack
Thank You! Absolutely I could do one of those. I have a few projects in line, so I’ll make sure to add that to the list. Thank You again for the Support 🤟🏽
I hit the like and the sub. I just got one question. Where do you fit the rifle? Lol
Haha! Thank You. In the saddlebag with a foldable stock
Very nice essentials! the tour pack is pretty dope as well 👌
Thank You! I definitely enjoy it
Ok the plate carrier set up in the tour pack earned me as a sub lol
Haha! That’s awesome, Thank You 👊🏽
Yup. I agree. Once I saw the plate carrier, I had to subscribe. My kinda Guy.
Looks awesome man! I’m sure the wife will enjoy the comfort! Literally got a RGS just because I watch this channel and I love my bike! Thanks for the content! & Thank you for your service 🤙🏽

Great video once again. These are getting addicting. 😃. Really enjoyed this one. You covered it all. I've done these upgrades in the past. Stuart.
Thank You! I definitely try and cover everything.
@@RAIDERWORLD your better than most 👍
Gotta make sure your load-out gear fits.
Absolutely!

As always, very detailed and thorough video. Excellent work sir!!!
Thank You! It took me long enough. It was laying around in my garage for like 6 months lol
Great job on the video but what model of helmet was the black one on the left that you put in the tour pack at the end of the video?
Thank You! One was a Simpson MOD and the other was a Bell Qualifier.
Great install video; just used it for my 2017 Road Glide Special. Thanks!
Thank You! That’s awesome, I’m glad the video was helpful. I have a chopped one coming soon 🤟🏽
Looks good but I prefer the chopped tour pack that I have on my RGS .
I definitely plan on getting one of those too. Thank You for Watching 👍🏽

Great Install
Thank You! I Definitely appreciate the support
Did the Black hinges and black lock mechanism come with the Tour Pack or did you have to order them separately.
When Ordering the Tour-Pack, I just requested the black hinges.

Did you get that weather insulation that you placed around that plastic speaker insert from your local hardware store?
Everything I installed came straight from the Harley Davison kit
Do you Need The Back Seat Or Can You Have The Tour Pack Without it
You do not, but you would have to plug the holes where the backrest goes. Water would easily get in.
Great video. What brand bars do you have and are the 14/12?
Thank You! These are the 14” Factory 47 Signature Bars. I love these bars, and you can reuse your stock cables
Came out good!
Thank You! 👍🏽
Well done video, thanks
Thank You 🙏🏽
That load out before that water. Now you talking my language.
Haha! Absolutely 🤟🏽🇺🇸
Super nice
Thank You!
Great job there Raider, I'm getting ready to put my amazon tour pak together and my question is did you use a metal plate inside of the trunk to fasten it to the luggage rack? Nevermind I see It
Thank You! So the Harley Tour-Pack did come with a plate. Most of these tour packs require a plate to be able to mount it on the rack mount.
Cool!
Thank You
what type of seat did you add to your road glide?
That is the Lucky Dave’s “Get Lucky”Bagger Seat. I did a video of it here ruclips.net/video/XyRUUydbQv4/видео.html

That’s awesome! And congratulations on the new Scoot👍🏽 They are definitely comfortable, but it does take some Riding time to break it in.
Where did you get the grommet?
The grommet came with the kit 👍🏽
Nice 👍🏻
Dude you're about 12 years late on this mod to a road glide. I did this on my 09 fltr when she was bought new
It’s never too late to make an instructional video on “How To” to Mount a Tour-Pak. Thank you for watching though 👍🏽
