Got a morimoto HID kit from amazon in 5500k with the 55w ballasts and the high beam is almost like the sun at night. color also perfectly matches the DRLS and factory fogs

Got those same bulbs for my SXT and tried installing one and it started smoking when I first plugged it in... looks like some of the outside of the bulb burned off a little bit. Had gloves on too! Man I wanted this mod to work I hate the yellow oem bulbs!

I installed the LED that honestlyOCD used and they suck. Not very bright and they dim down after couple of minutes, because they get to hot. The Charger has a sealed headlight housing so it heats up in there pretty quick.

Oldschool Gamer Rick oh wow! Yeah these have worked good so far no issues, but either way I hardly use them, I like the DRLs and they're bright enough for me at night and look meaner ;) haha yeah I'm in SoCal lol
my v6 charger uses 9012 I wonder if there's a difference in the way they work or look

I thought the purpose of the yellow lights is to cut through fog? Since white light gets diffused in it?

Just had piaa 9012 LEDs installed professionally on my 15 charger. It was supposed to be plug in play, but that only was the truth for a few hours until they stopped working....so I brought it to a shop where they added a relay. So far they're working great...just heard bad things about relays as far as overheating and causing fires....any truth to that?

Obed Hernandez damn bro I just noticed the price went way up! Must of gotten a lot of orders due to these types of videos and boosted their prices up! Sorry man, for that price it's better you invest on diode dynamic lights or HIDs
