Align yourself with the tripod leg at the open end of THE V net in a balanced ready batting position aiming for precision in sweep shots.
Action: Play three targeted sweeps, followed by three targeted reverse sweeps playing every second ball, allowing time to reset between shots :
Target Zones at the sharp end of THE V net.
Alignment:
For the sweep: Right-handers align with the left leg.
For the reverse sweep: Right-handers align with the right leg
