I enjoy Ohkajhu at both the Nim Plaza and San Sai location. While touring the garden, I was amused that they were playing music for the plants. The juices are great! The salads are to die for and they pay special attention to micro-nutrients in their greens mix. It is always a winner in my opinion.
those chillis look amazing , I remember eating a dish in Thailand that was just onions garlic and 6 types of chillis I can't remember what it was called though , but I will never forget it !

I make and eat a salad of this style (not as luxuriant or exotic on the ingredients of course) Monday through Friday. I add eggs, moderate portions of good meat sometimes,nuts and shredded or crumbled cheese. It's my only major meal of the day. On weekends I eat reasonable cheat meals and a smaller salad during the day. Since I started doing this, I've lost 60 pounds, with minimal exercise, and have sat within 10 pounds of my lean target weight for the last 2 years. Salads are amazing! I was eating one when I watched this video and felt like I shared a nice meal with Mark and Joel. Loved the video!
This video was awesome! As a avid salad eater and veggie lover, this video was a treat to watch. Me and my girlfriend watch your videos often and have so for the last three years. The portion sizes of those salads were enormous and looked like there was all kinds of flavor ! We watched you eat and thought we would both need naps afterwards. We really love your videos!
