I love these workshops.
I left the postoffice after 29 years with 4 more years left for my full retirement. The VA gave me enough money to leave. The VA also gave me paid for my bachelor's degree in psychology. I got accepted in grad school for a master's degree in clinical mental health. I was going to take out loans to pay for it but I asked the VA if they would pay for it and they said yes. I'm so glad I took a leap of faith!!!

This was GREAT! When I was in the forest, as I got deeper I felt a deep fear, a lump in my throat. My inner child showed up, she was so scared and was full of scarcity. I held her and told her it's ok, focus on God, focus on the love, peace, depend on God. Then I had a thought saying, what if you were the angel that visited your younger self? Spirit told me after, you just visited yourself in grade 5, you were the one that made you realize back then to let go of heavy emotions, like jealousy.. And to hold onto love and God.
At the beginning of the meditation I asked Yahweh, the helper, and my angels to assist me 🙏
Persistence, authenticity, reassurance, godfidence, courage and something that started with j showed up on my new tree! Maybe it's in the works lol

8:30 when I was 13 years old I drink a tiny bit of monster drink & I then realized that it wasn’t a good choice at that time because my heart was pounding extremely fast & that was my first & last time. Basically I learn that fast it wasn’t for me, also learn how to listen to what is good for my body too.

Understood and in agreement, thank you.. and meditation was great. Strange, in my vision after the forest went from beautiful to even more beautiful with colors and sounds louder, I heard soft crying. I got nervous, afraid I was in a dark vision but instead I felt a softness of joy and peace in the crying because I was home returning back to me, as if I left and they are waiting for me. Meditation must be the key to return your spirit over and over to yourself where there is something more anticipating your return and it always waits. Never thought that would happen in a meditation. Very insightful.
