In my opinion as a musician/singer from a family of musicians and singers, this appears to be a track that is being lip synched to. It’s still awesome to go see him if you are a fan and it’s always good to support but he just is not moving his mouth enough to be making all those inflections. Half way through he really begins to fall off with keeping up the mouth movements with the track. I don’t know for sure though maybe he has always moved his mouth like a ventriloquist when he sang. Regardless, dude is a legend and we will never forget his awesome voice on those tracks!

Look at Tony Bennett, until he developed Alzheimer's, Frankie is one of a lot of older rockers that got lucky and works hard to keep those golden pipes. We all lose it as we get older and I know that because I am only sixty and with severe degenerative disc disease and many other neurological problems that go with it, it takes four meds a day, plus oxycodone to give me a good six hours of functioning like I did when I was thirty. I never in a million years thought at sixty, I would be walking slower than Frankie until the oxycodone kicked in, if it were not for my beloved pets, I a lot of the time pray to the Lord to not let me wake up. Then, I think about those little girls who love me like I was a God, my Yorkie, Maci, and my Deer head Chihuahua, Layla and I say, forgive me Lord, and I just use old school mentality and push, even though I feel beyond like shit four out of seven days a week. God bless you all and your health and Frankie, may you be singing in that Falsetto at one hundred.
