Had to open up the game to check what luxuria is, lol I'm not quite sure, but from what i know: Luxuria combat art makes ruthven's leeching effect grow stronger with less health. Ruthven has two "leeching"/life steal effect from his skills: One is when you use his secondary (the one that throws a bat and allows you to possess enemies)'s possess effect, you heal 1 health for every tick of damage you do The other comes from his passive skill, where if you're in maledict form, hitting ruptured enemies allows you to heal. My understanding of luxuria is that it makes these two heals stronger when you have less health, but it doesn't have an effect on power items (like vampire fangs and the "heal-when-you-crit" one) that offer lifesteal. Luxuria is pretty nice if you don't have his chakras, as it helps you to maintain his maledict form longer. Although with his chakras, this is basically a non issue, so it's probably only useful for when you're fighting bosses with lots of dps. Hope this clears up your confusion!
Assuming you mean dungeon means normal runs and rift is rift mode, From what i've played, it seems like rift mode gives a lot more gemstones, but normal runs give a lot more rubies and sapphires If you have more rubies and sapphires than you could ever need, then rift mode is better to farm gemstones in, as if you're good, you can complete real mirage pandemonium 2 in ~15 minutes, giving you around 1000 gemstones. You could say battlefield can give you more, but because rift also gives you the orbs, it's pretty easy to say rift is better for farming.
General consensus i've seen on Reddit and Discord is Uliana and Ruthven, but they're paid/take a long time, so for free heroes imo it's Katherine and Peddler, and Penhaligon could be in there too because of his summon skill and how easy to play it is. But in general naga heroes are just the easiest to win with because of how strong they all are with full chakra.
Had to open up the wiki a bit to research lol So for f2p (which I'm assuming you are), the only way to get universal hero fragments (the only way to unlock Hayfa, Anibella and all Naga heroes currently) is from the Mirage pass, basically OWL's version of a battlepass. The free version gives you a total of 6 universal hero fragments, so you need at least 2 "seasons" of the battle pass to get enough for Ruthven (or any other naga hero). So it depends on when the mirage pass ends and starts, but if you have max level on the current mirage pass, with sufficient grinding you could get Ruthven in -20 days of the Mirage pass, and since this season's mirage pass ends May 16th, I'd say 30 days. Or you could just pay for the supreme pass and get a total of 18 universal hero fragments lol (assuming you have max level ofc)
That's where his chakra comes in, haha With full chakra, his healing easily outheals the self damage in maledict form, and also he gains more apotheosis than he loses in maledict, which basically means you have a permanent op hero. If you're struggling with him, i suggest leveling up his chakra more, but if you don't want to do that/are looking for a challenge, then ruthven with no chakra is always a good challenge.

One tip, if you dodge and atk after you break enemy defense, so all your atks hit more harder

There really isn’t a best hero but if you want to win with no effort then just play peddler with tornado skill

he is so powerful but it is so easy to die because he loses some health to deal more damage
