    I never eat those things. I found out about them 30 years ago and have not used them since. I do use olive oil but only raw. Do not cook with it. I only cook with Avocado oil, animal fats and butter. It;s hard to believe that people are still eating them. I am now a yr. Away from 80 and I’m still pretty strong and healthy with far fewer wrinkles than lots of people my age. I am glad that you are informing everyone about it. I live in France. There’s also sunflower oil and canola oil in processed foods here. And non-bio supermarket bread is made with glyphosate Monsanto wheat here too. Corporations are global and infiltrate government everywhere. Luckily it is also easy to find foods here without these oils. And great olive oil in Europe.

      I've been living in France for over 20 yrs, but are you sure about that? Switzerland and France are very strict with controlling foods. I didn't know that France accept Monsanto wheat.I thought France was the first Country that banned Monsanto and GMO many years ago. Maybe I'm misunderstanding???

    • @honeyrococo
      @honeyrococo 3 месяца назад +6

      @@AprilJoi5 It turns out that maybe GMOs are banned in France, but Glyphosate is not banned in France or anywhere in the EU now. Everyone is still trying to get it banned (except for the farmers, alas). Somewhere, maybe Luxembourg? managed to get it banned, but then Bayer sued and it was overturned.
      One time I had dinner with some French friends who live in the countryside here in France and over dinner they were very proud that they did not have Monsanto products in France, but later I was in their shed and they had a big bottle of Glyphosate. I think that anyone can make Glyphosate now, maybe Monsanto patent expired, so it can be the case that technically there is no Monsanto, but the herbicide is the same.

    When I took all seed oils and sugar out of my diet, I was able to spend more quality time in the sun without getting burned. My vitamin D levels soared naturally, my weight normalized and my skin has truly never looked better. I don't think it's the sun that harms us, I think its the food that's causing most of the damage. By optimizing your circadian rhythms and fixing your diet, the sun becomes an important macronutrient for optimal health. If you look at tribes who continue to eat their traditional diets and are out in the sun all day, most have beautiful skin, stunning jaw lines, big white teeth and lean muscular bodies. How is this possible, if the sun is so dangerous?

    • @kathleenking47
      @kathleenking47 3 месяца назад

      The seed oils, combined with sun...they're trying to push sunscreen on blacks, who need more vitamin D3 than other groups
      Low D3 can cause depression
      Among other things
      Gen Z was also raised indoors on screens growing up
      Then, had too much sunscreen outside?
      It could be a reason, they're starting to blend in with millennials

      Nope. Just no. Completely unscientific misinformation.

    • @thebearcouncil8810
      @thebearcouncil8810 3 месяца назад +15

      Don't these tribes usually consist of individuals with rather dark skin? Pigment offers low level spf. Additionally, white people tend to have skin that ages faster, may be a lack of fat deposits directly under the skin.
      Strong jawlines may come from properly chewing food that is not esy to chew on its own, we barely need to use our jaws to survive.
      A muscular body may come from living a very active lifestyle, which also has a positive effect on your skin.
      And of course, the food they eat may also contribute.
      Some of these lifestyle differences may partially counter the damageing effects on the sun, but that does not mean they cancel them out entirely.
      Melanoma affects tribespeople as well, and what we see being filmed may not reflect their entire reality.
      Just be careful in the sun, there are a lot of natural ways to make yourself more resistant to the sun, does not mean i.mune though. A sunburn is an acute injury, but what happens to mpst people is accumulative sun damage over the years, which you don't noticd until much later.

    Love this video!! I am 58 years old, same age as the Super Bowl, and I am aging in reverse due to my healthy, Mediterranean Lifestyle..... As a teacher, when I make my videos about healthy eating, I stress to eat only "whole foods" for 90% of your diet and 10% from foods with 5 or less ingredients....No sugar, gluten, or processed foods are allowed...... I also recommend to not "drink" your calories or eat out that often... When I do eat out, I go to a really good restaurant in Nashville and indulge!! Not only will your skin and hair look better, but you will live a longer, healthy life ( and save a lot of money by not eating out!!!).....

    I'm glad you're addressing seed oils. I call them "disease in bottles" yes, stay away from these oils it's virtually in most processed foods. Restaurant food. It's best to eat foods without an ingredient list. Fresh meats, animal fats, seafoods, and a little vegetables.

      People confuse refined oil with cold pressed oil. They will get the cheapest oil they find in the supermarket instead of going to a health food store and buy a cold pressed seed oil bottle at 10€ +. It makes the whole difference! Oil should always be processed mechanically, like cold pressed oil.

    Great video . Unfortunately most oils in the regular stores are all cut including olive oil and avocado . Shop at ethnic markets like Asian or middle eastern markets . When it comes to finding great pure oils an Armenian or Arabic market are best . The olive oils there are pure and great . You can tell by the color taste smell and texture . A real olive oil is robust , deep green or yellow green , it’s bitter and Spicy like an olive should be and the smell is fragrant and texture is fatty and full of moisture . Their brand sadaf is still too commercial for my taste but try one of the off brands or even Al wazir seems good . Try different ones. The Greek brands are amazing too. They have great avocado oils too! And if you happen to be at vons or sprouts the only true authentic olive oil brand is called carapelli and it’s the unfiltered organic olive oil . You won’t be disappointed!

    It’s important to understand that olive oil is one of the ingredients which is the most adulterated in the world today due to its high retail price. Read the label, go for oils produced from *one* country from a reputable brand and learn about how they should taste. What’s on the label might not be what’s in the bottle. Many of these brands are also what most would call ultra processed in addition.

But as an ingredient in a processed food or at a restaurant it’s going to be the bad inflammatory kind. Make your own mayonnaise. It’s so easy! Mayo has seed oils, (unless you buy an avocado or olive oil type). Just mix avocado oil, raw egg, vinegar and a bit of mustard and salt. An immersion blender works best. It takes 30 seconds to make. I’ll add garlic, Parmesan and herbs and whatever else I feel like and it’s a beautiful salad dressing. It’s either that or EVOO and balsamic vinegar for our salads.

    I have learned this a while ago, and now I look at everything, of course! And you had to be careful of all the meat, and what they inject it with, so I basically have gone to be in a vegetarian mainly, but I do eat seafood, but you have to eat the right and correct ones. Like not farm raised, even though it may say on the label that it is a certain category to make it look like it is natural. Or organic. Or that it’s a Safeway because what happens in the cage when they feed them all of the food that is full of, just plain nasty stuff! And then the drippings are this go into the waters and then the crustaceans they eat the remaining so you have to be careful where you’re getting everything from these days we do not need the extra harm done to us physically and on the surface of our skin because it will come out, and people have said to me recently. Wow your skin is glowing ! Well I’ve been using stuff for years. I am an aesthetician and pay attention so these videos that he has I agree with 100%. I just had the RF treatment done after three sessions 28 days apart of course and boy what a difference amazing! Just look out for yourself and pass it on to the ones that want to hear it or will accept it. a lot of people don’t like to take advice from me because I’m an aesthetician, but I’m not trying to sell them anything because I do not practice it right now and I have always been very, very, very honest so my clients have always been loyal to me in the past now. God bless everyone

      All seed oils are bad for you, don't kid yourself.
      Saturated fat is all you need all day long.

      I'm really confused. I changed from eating/using butter, lard and beef dripping in my diet on my Doctor's advice. I substituted with Olive and Sunflower oils and low fat margarines instead of my usual butter. My cholesterol rate went down to a normal level within 6 months, I lost 65lb and I'm continuing to lose weight slowly. I'm off my blood pressure meds and have reduced one of my statins from 80mg to 40mg. (I have to continue to take statins for life, as I have FH (Familial Hypercholesterolaemia.) I'd have been dead 20+ years ago without the statins.) I look healthier, feel so much more 'alive', my skin has never been so clear and my digestion is back to regularity and off my meds for a previously queried pre-diagnosis of a Crohns type disease. So I'm effectively doing the opposite of what this video suggests but getting life - changing results.
      My dietician used my 6 month journey as an example of potential positive change from saturated fats to what she and the Doctor call "healthier fats from seeds and vegetable sources..."
      I'm in the UK and this seems to be the norm here. We're advised not to eat butter, ghee, lard and animal fats duch as beef dripping.😮

    “You need a PHD on reading labels this days” that’s true!!!

      AND a magnifying glass 🙄
      Which I believe ingredients in tiny writing is meant to frustrate the consumer into giving up on reading the labels. For most the containers haven't changed much over the year.
      The labels are sized the same, however the ONLY the letter size for ingredients have either been nearly see through or so tiny your eyes cross trying to make out the words.
      I believe it is on purpose.
      Not accidental. Honest companies will use large lettering whereas shady ones use ultra tiny. SMH 😒🤨
