      Yes you can, if the dough is too dry can add for another 10 to 20g of butter.

      Hi Choy Man , you can freeze these almond cookies in a freezer bag or airtight container for up to 1 month or even 2 months . Let them thaw at room temperature before serving.

      @@gilberttankk different brands and types of flour have varying water absorption capacities, so if your dough is too wet, adding a small amount of flour can help adjust the consistency and make it workable.

      I'm using all-purpose flour.. will it make a difference on the wetness?.. cookie is super nice and fragrance.. just the wet and sticky feeling when holding it..

    can you advice recipe with shortening and your recipe without. what are the difference in taste?

      Shortening traps more air bubbles and has a higher melting point than butter, so recipes that use shortening tend to produce an end product that will rise a little higher, but in these recipe eventhough without Shortening but the shape is prefect and texture is very crumbly and crunchy

      Cake flour or all purpose flour 250g
      1.55 cups = 1 cups + ½ cup + 1 tbsp
      Corn starch 60g
      Half cup
      Ground Almond 70g
      0.74 cups = ¾ cup
      Salt 2g
      Icing Sugar 85g
      0.58 cups = ½ cup + 1 tbsp
      Roasted Almond fleaks 80g
      1 cup
      Wet ingredients:
      Peanut oil or vegetable oil 135g (146ml)
      Half cup + 4 Tablespoon
