#24. Mothers day gift

This is a simple project but yet very use(wood)ful. I had a new apprentice in the shop, my daughter who wanted to help doing something for her mom. I used purple heart wood.
As for the tubes, these are glass test tubes that can be found pretty much everywhere.
Only few water beads are used as the x100 their volume. They do not cost much and give a nice colored result.
