    I love running. I also walk, do HITT, and sometimes boxing or MMA-inspired workouts.

    I tell my clients that Half your body weight in ounces is a MINIMUM, even if you’re not working out. Folks who are training need to drink more. If your urine is pale yellow to clear, you’re drinking enough water.
