    How long for each movement? 5min each? 10 min each?

      Great question. I like to do intervals depending on the entire duration. Example if I’m doing 20 mins stairs. I will do each movement for 45-60secs each. With 2-3 mins just regular stepping 😊

    Not sure I'd call carbs a nutrient? Especially essential?? There are essential vitamin and minerals and fats and proteins... but essential carbohydrates??!!! If you say glucose, then the body can produce glucose from other means... like neoglucogenesis for example. As having type 1-1/2 diabetes for 40 years, the lower the carbs has been a game changer for me for the last 6 years. Not a believer in your message...

      You are correct. But you just said it. Lower carbs. So you are still eating carbs. You just made sure you got the right amount that benefits your body and lifestyle 😊

    THANKKKKK YOU! Carbs are my go to for energy. There's good vs bad carb . I've noticed if i eat bad carbs i immediately crave something sweet ( usually unhealthy) , but if i eat good carbs , I'm totally content.

    Hi denetra. I just found out about your channel and subscribed. I love that you made this video. People forget how important stretching is for mobility and tend to neglect it. In my opinion it doesn't make sense to workout out to gain muscle if you lose mobility
