Thank you so much! This video saved me! My great aunt passed away many years ago and had pieces of a sweater she knit, but it needed to be sewn together and have a collar added. After finally thinking I finished the sweater and trying it on, I literally had the same moment as you where I couldn't fit my head in! I of course panicked, but after redoing it with the stretchy bind-off, now it fits perfectly!

    Ah, hi. 😁
Yeah, so I've been isolated at a campground in Georgia for a month and a young woman who, with her husband were also stuck there. (sunny and 80s) But she could do amazing things with some yarn. I figured, I'm bored, this is creative and cool. I'll give it a shot. Your videos were, by a good margin the best. I'd noticed that you'd not done a video in a while so I was pleased to see you today.

Oh my god, as a crocheter convert I was having trouble with the last step of this bind off, until I spent a few seconds staring at the bound off stitches... it's a single crochet! Switched to a hook in my right hand and it went way faster. I know a standard bind off is the same as doing crochet slip stitch across, but figuring this one out manually made me feel like a genius LMAO

I started this bind off on the piece I am finishing (you are so much easier to follow than many others out there!). I realized too late I did not have enough yarn, so I am about a quarter way in on my bind off. I have to buy an entirely different yarn, because the yarn I have is discontinued. I can’t figure out how to tink back this particular bind off. Do you have a video on how to do it? Thanks!

    Great bind off!
I knitted a cowl for a 10-year old and ended up with a 13" circumference because I misunderstood something in the pattern. This bind off looks promising. It is also simple. Your instructions are always excellent. I used chunky yarn and cast on 70 sts. I even used a swatch because I haven't been knitting for many years and my tension was perfect.
Do you think I will have to unravel and start all over again with a 13" circumference?
Thank you for your wonderful tutorials.
