Great video and cinematics Mad. I'm not a turntable guy myself, but enjoyed the comparison, endresults and charts (learning all the way). Tx for keeping it real!👌
Thx for watching, maybe one day you will get to know more about, I also thought turntable was not for me when i started my collection until once I compared Kind of Blue UHQR LP with Streaming and DSD, i was shocked! But yes is an expensive hobby specially if you have to start from zero!
You are completely right but I have to use the ‘wireless’ capability. I would like to upgrade my Tt 500 if possible. There is NO information about this TT , but only the cardridges.
Great video! I am curious as to why the cartridge is shaking on most of those tonearms. I am not sure if that is normal, can you please share more details as why as I am planning to upgrade to Evo CC 9'. Thank you.
it would be ideal to not have resonance at all, but the true story is that most tonearms have it and you have better control when this resonance is between 8 and 12 Hz so far away from musical content (above 12hz) and mechanical vibrations (below 8Hz). So is normal that all tonearms are presenting vibrations, Standard carbon more followed by CA Premium and best results on AS tonearms. Also resonance is different could be stronger or longer so something else to take it in consideration! Hope this helps.
@@MadAudiofficial Thank you for your feedback, it's great to learn something though to be honest I am still learning a lot more about these numbers you've shared. I am really leaning towards getting the AS HG. Thank you and looking forward to your next upload.
@@Chris.Montecillo we are all learning, i am lucky to have direct access to this information directly with who is designing this products so i am really happy to share with you guys everything!
Can I use the 9 CC Evo 5P DIN version or the AS 9 5p DIN version on my Pro-Ject The Classic Evo if I remove the old tonearm and remove the RCA junction box?

Wonderful review, thank you
Thx for watching 👍🏽
Thank you very much about this wonderful video. I really wonder about the upgrade of Yamaha TT 500? Is it possible to change the tone arm? Cheers.
I will personally not upgrade the great Tt500, but moving to a mid level line turntable!

🎉one of The best cartridges , The Jico Seto Hori , sounds great !!
There are many cartridges out there that I really would like to get, if only they weren’t so expensive!
