I tried to replicate on 2 characters including my bl 401 with a 64 arcane rating and bone marrow ash, was very disapointing. As far as i can tell this would only be viable if your arcane stat is maxed at 99

This can be done by any character with 99 arcane, +10 Rosmarinus and bone marrow ash. The sprayers don't take gems.

Rosimarius doesn't have any gem slots, even at +10 and there are no arcane damage boosting runes in the game, as far as i can tell
There are Arcane damage reduction runes though, but those wouldn't help here.
