I find the idea of the editor being on set appealing and mostly positive, but I've heard from several colleagues another side of the story. They explained to me how they can sometimes become attached or biased about the shots after expiriencing the hard work behind them. Later this has prevented them from objectively determine which shot was worth using at a given moment and which would rather not work for the story. I'm interested in your opinion on the matter. Great video BTW I just subscribed :)
