I really like your flips. It reminds me of the old Flip or Flop episodes before they lost their sense of reality. They've become so obsessed with changing out every little thing in their homes that your RUclips channel feels like a breath of fresh air.
That flip was a home run. You displayed courage with this deal. My jaw dropped when you disclosed the buying price. The market is tightening up. The bloopers keeps me 😂 every time. I really like the content. I learn something new each time and it gets me motivated each time I watch your video. Way to end the year.
Wall colour looks really good, however I wasn’t a fan of the grey kitchen and vanity. There was a bit of inconsistency in the kitchen vs bathrooms which would have been nicer to match
Wow, what a difference light paint made in this huge home, and it also distracts from the less than ideal flooring. Incredible house, beautiful staging. I would love to do staging. I am amazed that it wasn’t trashed, so many times a foreclosure gets destroyed..
I enjoy so much your videos and your step-by-step process explanations! You are a true inspiration. I am devouring your book during the holiday season, and this motivated me to get full steam into RE Investment in TX starting 2023!
The home turned out great. The use of creamy white made the entire home seem more expansive and bright. The wrought iron painted black appears so contemporary.. The bathroom counters and hardware add contrast and also modernity. The kitchen is something else. Love it. Even the fresh grass outside makes a startling transformation to the front and back. Whoever the lucky new owner is should be very happy to pay only 2.2 million for this gorgeous property!
Like always, you did a beautiful job. You are so talented. The house definitely looks better. I’ll be honest, I’m not a fan of the original floors downstairs. They remind me of a Vegas hotel lobby. I know it would not have been cost effective to replace them. I prefer the floors in the bedrooms and baths.
I would have only changed the perimeter countertops and would not have chosen grey. A white/cream combination would have worked and saved you money along with coordinating better with the gorgeous quartzite natural stone island.
I really like your flips and the fact that you took a chance to get into it! I have a question for you. Do you use a real estate agent to buy and sell your flips or did you become an agent yourself?
I love the house but hate the gray cabinets. They completely clash with the rest of the home. I understand not redoing everything, but a different color would have looked better.
Can you explain how you were able to renegotiate the purchase price? I backed out of a bank owned property after 3 months but if I could have renegotiated, I would have gone through with it.
i think the kitchen updates are worth it. it could be considered a luxury home, and it would be a turn off to have beautiful living spaces to be met with ugly brown in the kitchen
I love your channel but that Master's Bedroom Bathroom need to be gutted out completely. It just looks so old and doesn't belong in the house. Also the floor tiles in the Living and Dining rooms ought to be replaced with just the plain colored tiles. More power to you and your team
I usually like your design choices, but I'm sorry to say I liked the before kitchen better... even more if you were going to keep the prep kitchen the old colors.
I would have left the kitchen alone. Repainting cabinets never holds up and I think it should be disclosed to buyers that they were repainted. You shouldn't have changed the vanity in the 1/2 bath either. Gray does not go with the tan walls and tile. Disappointed to see that you cheaped out on the jr. master bathroom. You painted the stair railings black (good idea) because the gray that they were didn't match anything. Yet you painted the kitchen cabinets and 1/2 bath vanity gray even though gray matched nothing. I laughed when I saw the vanity mirror in the master bathroom. One would have to be seven foot tall to see in it while seated. That is why they had a beautiful, oversized mirror there in the first place.
You always use the polite term "taste specific" instead of "butt ugly" but that media room was hideous! It would make most buyers run out of the house screaming. Good work on fixing it!
An interesting channel and you do lots of good work, Elisa. I would suggest you adjust some of your language. For example, in standard English something doesn't work 'good' it works 'well'. Your use of the word 'convenient' while accurate is not something an anglophone would say. You might consider using the term 'functional'.

A tv network needs to give you your own show. Every house I’ve seen you do looks so beautiful afterwards.
Not gonna happen right now.
She’s one of the best flippers in the game!
video and editing is professional quality
@@rm5146 I tend to agree. And the network will call the shots - this channel will lose its 'soul' so to speak.

This is good to see design choices you can make when you can’t change everything you’d like/ need but still have everything look beautiful
I think This lady has buyers preferences nailed 👍
Such an appealing house, and so easy for prospective buyers to imagine living there.
My husband and I love your channel and your book! We're so nervous about getting started but you help us feel more courageous.

Beautiful home I wish you were able to modernize the master bath more but I know you needed to make a profit
I can’t help but wonder what miracles you could do on my shabby home lol! 😂 I love seeing your transformations.
Quite a jazzy end to your year of flips. Good to know you got an agreeable offer - I hopes it works out. Happy Holidays and have a real good New Year.

It's amazing to see the transformation with a small budget. Well done!
Probably would have gone with something in the sage family for the cabinets rather than gray. The two grays you have have different undertones.
Yea I think the kitchen cabinets and countertops should be in the cream countertop instead, it ties in better with the main island.

Realy like how she does a drone walk through!
I love the updates. Very classy home.

Love what you did to the home! So Beautiful!
Love this house! You did an amazing job and it looks incredible! Love your channel!!
Great, cost effective updates!
I love your videos! Can you talk about your soft costs; ins. interest, commissions, closing costs?
$5000 for that updated kitchen was a great decision. Along with everything else, you basically brightened the house and made it just more appealing.
I was waiting for this one!
What is the color name for the wall color? Great flip
I would have only changed the perimeter countertops and would not have chosen grey. A white/cream combination would have worked and saved you money along with coordinating better with the gorgeous quartzite natural stone island.
Bravo! Also at last a home that to me, is actually worth the purchase price. :-D
Thank you for all your videos!!!
Well done and keep the good work going 👏 👍 💪
The house looks stunning. May I ask the wall paint color?
Not a fan of the grey cabinets, I also think replacing the backsplash would have made a huge difference.
Great job! Beautiful!
Its cool how some simple updates and staging transform a space completely...BUT this house has loads of wasted space
Great work
I really like your flips and the fact that you took a chance to get into it! I have a question for you. Do you use a real estate agent to buy and sell your flips or did you become an agent yourself?
i’m surprised you didn’t paint that prep kitchen cabinets the same as the kitchen, but you repainted the powder room sink 🤔👍🏽
Can you share the name of the cream paint color that you used in the living room?
How does this work, who decides on the materials? And where do the staged items come from?
Excellent job 👏🏽
Who's your stager ? I'd love to work for them in the bayarea !!! Doing Anything 👍🏽😊
Beautiful
Best house so far and loose sweater top with tight pants fits you better👍
Good Job !
Nice.

I think a focused video on the pros and cons of bank-owned properties would be excellent.
Thank God you painted the cabinets! That dark colour was awful.
i think the kitchen updates are worth it. it could be considered a luxury home, and it would be a turn off to have beautiful living spaces to be met with ugly brown in the kitchen
Is this house still available ?
That master bathroom tile needs to go
So has the home sold?
Looks great
There's nothing that makes your house look luxurious like a open black railing.
I love your channel but that Master's Bedroom Bathroom need to be gutted out completely. It just looks so old and doesn't belong in the house. Also the floor tiles in the Living and Dining rooms ought to be replaced with just the plain colored tiles. More power to you and your team

You did a nice job overall, but the cheap-looking vanity mirrors in all the bathrooms… I wish you had purchased nicer mirrors. 😅
Thank you for the feedback! I'll take note of that for future projects. 😅
I usually like your design choices, but I'm sorry to say I liked the before kitchen better... even more if you were going to keep the prep kitchen the old colors.
i like the gray cabinets but not in this kitchen but this house is not my style at all. Is too 90's for me lol

Sorry, but the colour of the outside is awful. A good cream or vanilla colour would have done the job nicely.
