I think most ppl don’t understand that in a place like San Diego ppl are more outside ppl ( don’t get crammed in homes with blasting ACs 5 months a year ) so ppl aren’t as judgmental about homes as they are in places like tx
The washer and dryer should be in a room on it's own down stairs near the back door with a sink also space to do your ironing that is if anybody would like to do ironing.
I see like a combined mudroom, they probably had it on the main floor to alleviate the need to walk down two flights of stairs for those living on the 3rd floor if they do their laundry.
I like a sink in every toilet room right next to the toilet, in one of the bathrooms the toilet is shut away with no sink you can get sinks that goes over the toilet and a towel rail put on the wall but not over the toilet, this way you can wash your hands before you come out of that room and don't touch the door handle with dirty hands.

Agreed. I’m actually disappointed in the master suite as a whole. It was quite small. No room for anything. Can’t even put a Cali King and it’s in Cali 😂

We bought the smaller version of this beauty 2story 3bd 3-1/2baths NO Basement in Arizona for a fraction of the price...we love it!
