Decided to go see it in person and the very first thing we noticed is it’s literally built in a raven with a 4-6 foot culvert running under the length of the home!! God knows what that could invite. No mention/image of it in the MLS listing. Good luck moving this one and for 1.4M Hard Pass.

Back yard too narrow and steep for a POOL. Small kitchen no walkin pantry. Range hood devoid of any style. Absolutely nothing about this house says bespoke.
