I'm American but through my Mom who has French, Italian, Greek, Irish, English/British, Jewish, Spanish, Cherokee (Native American), & African American ancestry, I have a plethora of European ancestry. Mom told me this when I was a young adult (I'm 43 now so this had to be 20 years ago)...

    Fritsch is not such a common name, i thought she is the daughter of Thomas Fritsch, a heartthrob,many years ago.
    when i also was young...

      I had looked for it immediately, couldn't see it, then left my originals comment.
      Following the two responses I looked again, wondering if it just wasn't as obvious as I'd hoped, but nothing stood out, so I'm glad to hear that it wasn't just a case of me being an idiot, (at least not in this instance) so now I'm left wondering what happened to it.
      Your explanation seems to be perfectly reasonable, so perhaps that's what it is.
      Hopefully the video is re-uploaded at some stage.

      A action that was expected and accepted by contemporaries at the time.
      You can't judge a historical figures actions by modern moral concepts.
      I'm sure a thousand years what we in the modern world find acceptable our descendants won't.
      They will consider us backward too!

More like, being "silenced or killed" unless following, which isn't really "accepting" anything. Ofc the church agreed on anything boosting their pockets and ego, just like in modern times :P

      @@zeynsolo from my understand of the languages at that time, it seems like German was a dominate language spoken but there were different dialects of it depending on where you were at a given time, Frankish seems to have maybe started out as mostly German and then it's dialects started to change little by little until it became it's own distinct language. Maybe I'm wrong but if I recall correctly the people who later became known as the "Franks", originally were German, who took over what we know today as France, and as their language developed and changed it became the precursor for the French language we have today

      No, not really. In many ways he deserves to be idolised. He is the ideal warrior and was a very courageous man. He just a wasn't a good king and that is what we don't pay attention too. He didn't pay too much attention to England and cared much more about Aquitaine which makes sense because his first language was Occitan and Aquitaine is where he was raised. His critics are quite unfair to him.

      The average person wasn't allowed to read the Bible or allowed to read in general, most people didn't even know how to read. They wouldn't have have been finding out about the "lies in Christianity" the would have found out the lies they're were being told about Christianity from the clergy and aristocracy. It's why the church and aristocracy lost it's power when the Bible became mass produced and people were able to read it they realized what they were being told wasn't what the Bible actually said.

    Christianity is a false religion, it was created by the Roman empire; in particular by the flavianos Generals: Vespusio and his son Titos. The squisofrenia of the mind of the collective in mases created a none existing tulpa in the Astral who has been granted the power of a God. Jesus in real life did not existed, it was an invention by Josephas and a group of scribes commanded by Vespusio and Titos...in the year 69 AD. Outside the Bible there is no evidence, nor history of jesus...
