I’m 55 years old and you have motivated me to the highest power you can tell you take your business serious and invested a lot of money in it I planned on doing the same thing. It’s never to late to start a new beginning in life!!!
I don’t blame you for never going back. That setup is AWESOME! Yesterday, I watched the unboxing and video that’s on their website… Oh, Boy! I would have had to call them, too, here and there. But, I am just so happy for you! You do so much for the crafting community. One day, I’ll be able to use your link for this setup. This is the way to go! Thank you for sharing this with us! Enjoy the balance of your day.
Hi, thank you so much for sharing! I just purchased the L1800 along with the shaker dryer. I have not unboxed yet…watching videos first lol. I noticed that I do not see any videos with the L1800 and shaker dryer. I heard you say you have an L1800. Is it compatible with the shaker dryer? 🤞🏽
Yes, it has a roller. I actually put the shaker dryer together last night and I’m going to set up the printer today. I figured it might have something to do with the difference in speed. I wish I had done more research before my purchase…feeling like I wasted money on the shaker dryer by purchasing the wrong printer to pair it with. So, is it your preference to use the oven or is printing gang sheets going to be difficult? I was so excited, now I’m nervous lol. I appreciate you!
i like the fact that procoloured and HTV ront make pretty looking machines, i like the panda shaker i wonder what the difference is between that and the blue one
Love the whole setup! 😊 will definitely have to order some prints once you start selling! In follow up from my last comment on the other video, maybe Dyenamic Ink will break down the white toner /ink game 👀👀👀 lol I just dont have time for the maintenance but I’d love one of these companies to find a way to make this technology DIY crafter friendly lol. They did it with laser cutters and 3D printers so it’s only a matter of time!
@CraftableThings I love your videos, you made my decision to switch to DTF easier. I bought the L1800 about a year ago, I am in love, but now that I am having more orders, is slowing me down, so I am browsing for a shaker from Procolored, and I came across with the Prestige R2 Pro bundle (with a shaker), but they are telling me that I still need to cure the designs in an oven. Is that the same case with the Procolored shaker?
@@CraftableThings Thank you for your prompt response. It amaze me that the shaker from Prestige (M16) does not cure the prints, only settles it to later cure it in a separate oven, and is more expensive; at least that's the information a rep from All American told me over the phone.
How do you get it to actually cure and dry because mine is just not working properly. The humidifier button came broken. Aside from that, the speed it prints at vs time it actually takes to cure is an issue. The ink comes out wet not properly cured. Trying to return it has been a nightmare. They have been giving me the run around for weeks and I asked for return label same week I received. They told me they would send me the knob to repair it but this is a machine that cost over $2100, I shouldn’t have to repair anything new out of a box. The printer has been great. But the shaker is not doing what it’s supposed to do.
@@CraftableThings It seems to have been an issue with security being tight on my banks end. Now I’m dealing with a whole other issue. They shipped wrong item from NJ- USA. 🙃
I can’t get a response from anyone at pro color. Do you know if the shaker machine is a 220 or 110? I’m in America. Yours says 110 but on their website it shows 220 so I’m confused.
Hey! I am having trouble with the shaker. I can't get the print to go through the shaker especially when the printer is finish printing. Also I have the L1800 and when I print a lot of prints my printer keeps stopping. do you know what is going on with that. I need help. You are the only person that I understand. I need Help!!!
@@CraftableThings Hello, yes it will go to sleep. Do you mentor new crafters? If so I would like to be mentored by you. I have lots of questions about all of this. Thank you for responding back to me. Also when the printer is finished printing it stops moving. I just need help.
Hi! What form of payment did you use for them? Because I’ve tried several times and they can’t verify my card which has money on there, so I’m not sure what’s going on. It makes me a little nervous because they are in Beijing China I was thinking of maybe going through PayPal?
@@CraftableThings I was able to purchase with another card. They believe it’s a security block on the banks end. However, the US shipper send me an oven instead of the all in one shaker. 🙃 as of tonight they are trying to figure out what happened. Printer is supposed to arrive by Tuesday from China. Fingers crossed. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. Only thing is the time zone difference is annoying, but not so terribly bad. I knew that going in so I will have to deal. 😂
@@Stephanii213Hi, I’m curious did you ever get your shaker? How was customer support? I want to purchase this set, just curious about customer support.
If you look at the prints coming out of the printer...it's full white. Also, if you look at them coming out of the printer you will see some parts of prints did not have white at all as I stopped the print for whatever reason. Those parts still went through the shaker/oven.
There’s a few ways to avoid “wasting film”…I save the film and load it back into the printer and print on it if I only have a few prints or I start printing (instead of pulling blank film) through) and then carefully thread the machine.

Now, that’s what up…! The whole setup. Congrats again!

Does your printer have a roll feeder? The L1800 are just not that quick. So, I use the regular curing oven with it.

Lots of wasted paper can you reclaim that paper
Yes, it can still be used.
Your videos have been amazing!!! Can you help me figure out why my roller is not working? Thank you
Can you please make a video on how you do maintenance on it. 🙏
I agree beed videos of the maintenance and what powder, film and ink do you use?
Are you having issues with the powder? It is clumping as my prints are being coated.

I just bought this machine. Thanks for the tip
Hope you enjoy it!
It came in damage and I’m having a hard time with the supplier from China.
This is a amazing setup and really efficient... diffently a game changer

The 110V25R piece isn’t rotating anyone else have issues? Can you please let me know if u had any issues??
Great video, tfs. 11 months later do you love your choice of dtf printer and shaker/oven?
I love how that’s printer prints. I’m so happy for you! You have the whole setup now… Right?
Yes! I should be good now 💕
I’m still doing DTF HACK WITH POWDER. 😂
What speed or curing time are you set at?
What temperature did you set your shaker unit?
I like how you used the crate it came in for the printer stand!
thanks, Barb. I was thinking of painting it.

Is all that tranfer paper not useable now? Referring to all that paper that is rolled up before it starts printing.
Great question! It is still usable.
Do you know what temperature the oven has to be on? I have the ove as you
Have you found out yet? I am also looking for this answer, using an a3 1800 for printing
I have mine set at 135. I read it somewhere. I believe it was the procolored setup video

Hi Eric…the one from Procolored that I use is a shaker/oven combo. It cures the print.

That was a good unboxing and setup of the printer shaker and curing oven combo. Thanks for sharing and never seen that before.

Do you need a shaker dryer for this printer or can you use the standalone oven?
Yes, you can use the standalone oven. However, the curing oven and shaker makes it much easier especially using the roll.
What a beautiful setup! I love it❤

Does this PRO printer seem to have as many issues as the L1800? It's in my cart to purchase on this Black Friday sale, but I am so scared!

What heat press settings do you use to put on shirts? Just got the Pro A3 combo
Hello . What do you do at the end of the run to get the prints/ sheet ran all the way through?
Can you share your ink settings. I keep getting grainy prints

Both the printer and the shaker. Huge blessing!
Thats a lot of paper wasteed just to stick it on the empty roll. 😳😳

How is the ventilation going for you?
so far, it's going good. I have had any issues.
Do you find it’s a lot of waste having to pull the paper through?
Omg! Yes. So, I print and the put it through the shaker.
You print then manually put it threw wet? Tell it can catch on the roll right - thanks for your response. I think I’m sold :)
@@CraftableThings do you out it right after printing? Or do you retract the paper back?
