    Mate.. only a few minutes in and loving it. Wicked editing. I'm saving the rest to watch on a long flight today.. and keep me motivated for my permanent move to the West in the not too distant future. Done a few trips over there, but so much more for me to see... Great stuff. 👍🍻🎣👏

      I appreciate the feedback! And glad to hear you enjoy it so far.
      I haven't spent a lot of time on the east coast, but I'm sure there's so much to see.
      If you like endless tracks and being away from absolutely everything, then I highly recommend the Canning once you're permanently over this side! It's a very unique experience.
      Next video will be out soon too 👌🏼

      @@WegonExplore Endless tracks and being away from everything is what it's all about for me. I can even forego the fishing! Not being much of a mechanic is my biggest issue when doing remote stuff... but the Canning is on the list! Cheers

    Great video. Can you please tell me what tablet you are using and the software/apps. Interested in the map and feed back on engine management.

    • @WegonExplore
      @WegonExplore  10 месяцев назад

      Thanks Trevor! (Great name by the way). I'll have to go look at what exact model the tablet is, but its a Samsung running Memory Maps. Through Memory Maps you can buy the Hema maps with no ongoing costs (about $100 or so). The only negative is that you don't have the added search functionalities like Point of Interest. It's basically just the map.

    • @WegonExplore
      @WegonExplore  10 месяцев назад

      Just to get back to you on the tablet model - it's the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6

    Hey Mate what maps are you using?

    • @WegonExplore
      @WegonExplore  10 месяцев назад +1

      Hey Ned, I wanted to own the map outright and avoid subscriptions (for now anyway), so I went with buying the Hema Maps from Memory Maps. Works a treat, however it is just the maps, no added features such as points of interest, and if you want to get directions to somewhere you have to draw it on the map yourself. Essentially, it's a digital form of many paper maps which you can draw on and it will give you stat's based off what you've input. Hope that makes sense!
