The point that investment banking roles are only available at IIM A,B,C is totally wrong. I have cleared CFA l2 and have MBA in Finance from Delhi University(DSE). Yes, Core front end jobs in Investment banking are only offered to IIM, A, B, C,L, FMS, XlRI, SPJain, MDI only..That too for the people who are in top 20% are allowed to sit Others who call themselves Investment bankers are just back office equity analyst. Also, the targets are too much.. about 80% of the people end up leaving investment banking in less than 2 years and also one more thing most investment banking jobs are based in Mumbai Rent and expenses are way too high and bonuses are included in your package which you may or may not get. Hi sir, really loved your video. Can you plz give your views on JBIMS for investment banking profile ?
Very good for IB, But you need to be in the top 10 students to get in. There are around 10 roles at most in JBIMS. You should aim for IIM C or IIM A to get a secure job.
@@karthikchowdhary4628 thanks man, but I'm good with JBIMS, I'll get into any rank if that's what it takes to be in IB
@@RayAshish11 Go for IIMs only cause CAT exams gives you more opportunities rather than MBA CET or CMAT.
@@rathodpooja1996 yes that sure is true, but My Target is JBIMS and I'm already halfway there

Talk with alumni and current students to get a better understanding of the course and see if that aligns with your goals. It will help you in taking a more informed decision.
