In a year anyone in ib can earn upto 80-150% of there base salary and vp can earn upto 200% of there base pay .
Most people who are willing to join investment banks will get the roles in london sooner or later
In india opportunities are very less as compared to foreign and iim a b c doesn't guarantee you a investment bank job
