The loan is for $3.8 m and the daughter is saying that Lisa's signature was forged and the notary has sworn that she did not notarize the signature. They will just have to see if this money was given to Lisa from the company. The estate can easily pay it if it is legit, IMO.

The news is bogus. Graceland is a historic landmark and has a family cemetery on the property. It cannot be sold and if the family does not want the home, it will simply belong to the state of Tennessee. LMP had a life insurance policy that was worth $30 million dollars for her daughters upon her death. Graceland is not in danger of being sold. This is an example of fake news.

Elvis if he led a normal life he may have have more kids, and some of them kids could have gone to university, hell even all of them, but they could have gone the other way as well or a mixture of both.
Rich people tend to expect money grows on trees, that's what Elvis' daughter behaved like and she was not very good with money. Elvis knew he could go back to being very poor fast. Generally though people who earn their money fast, tend to lose it in the next 2 or 3 generations, where families that are old tend to keep it for centuries.
Riley though has earned her own money, its good she found a place, but Ben could not deal with his life and possibly not make his own mark due to him being Elvis's grandson. Image though being Elvis's grandson it could be very hard to deal with if you do not have a support and always compared to him. He be like this dominant force and people will say you can never be as good as Elvis. I did not know Ben but the family failed to support him and i am sure his lack of identity and him being the grand child of Elvis played a part.
Riley certainly got a boost from her being the grandchild of Elvis no doubt about it. It may have open doors and even given her a second chance if she failed. Most people do not get that in life. You fail once or born in the wrong family you can be up the creak with out a paddle.
Me i was born in a very poor family, but i got an education, this in turn affected my kids and they are all educated or going through the higher education system -university level. I am in the UK where the class system is very strong still and it can be hard to break through the wall. Once point that needs to be talked about is if kids do not gain a good education by the time they are 14, they are always playing catch later on esp. with the written word. I also think the class system is a live in the US and its not talked about its existence.

It's technically a cemetery. Cemetery has rules. Check out that avenue. You can not sell a body that's illegal. When you have an estate sale for example you cannot sell illegal items drugs people or dead bodies.
