I had display line in my g52 in October after security update... And i visited the same service centre - "syscomp service center at salt lake"... But surprisingly i had a wonderful experience there.. they replaced my display within 30mins under warranty without any charge...

same happened with my realme phone.i went to the service centre and they pointed out small small dents which werent even visible with a naked eye and denied a free replacement.can you please suggest what to do now
Contact realme customer support & request them for a physical damage recheck & see if they negotiate for customer satisfaction. Some good brands negotiate & agree to give service after posting/tagging on X (i.e. twitter) or calling to customer support for advance resolution. If these steps doesn't bring you free replacement then you have only one option left that is taking the matter to consumer court if you're confident about your case.
Bhai mai v gaya tha 1 dusre jagah ka address dia tha moto ka service centr wale..to mujhe pioneer building jo Hind inox ke pas me tha waha pe gaya mai to wolog mera phone jama leliya hai lekin mujhe v samajh araha ki wolog kuch bahana se mujhe v fix karke nhi dega..bus mai ye janna chahta hu ki kya koi extra service charges liye teh kya wolog agar nhi banwana hai wolog se qki mere mobile me bhi back cover ka scratch hai jo ki normal baat hai 1 sal chalne pe sab mobile me aa he jayega..lekin wolog ise major issue ki trah dekh rahe hai please response..ki kya koi charges lagte hai agar wolog fix nhi v kar paya toh.

It's really shameful for a brand how they are treating with their customers after product is sold.
I had same issue with Vivo x60 and it was out of warranty and almost 2 year old they replaced the display with the issue on the day.

Agar ph naya hai to software problem hi hoga.. service center le jaygoge to downgrade kar denge shyaad.. lekin device format ho jayegi sab kuch delete ho gayegi... Motorola ki service bohot ghatiya hai..

I got the same issue after my warranty got over and after an update. After a few negotiations & posts I got the device repared totally free of cost even out of warranty. But still I m scared of updates from motorola.

@@adtechify I have moto g82 no dent no scratches. All of a sudden green lines appeared. Phone out of warranty. What to do now?
After facing the green & pink line issue, I posted the same on the moto community from there I got a reply that I should go to the nearest service centre & they ll check my device to attempt repair. Then on the reply I again posted that the problem started after the last update hence motorola is only responsible for this concern hence we should boycott them as it's a trap from them for us to lose our pockets. After this reply I got a new reply from motorola lenovo that they have arranged to service such a device for free even if it's out of warranty. I visited the service center with the screenshot of the above said conversations. I asked them about my concern, the desk woman said u hv to pay 9k to have this repair. Then I showed her the screen shot, then called some one & talked for a few mins. Later a boy came from inside and inspected my device, told me u ll get the service free but it will take up to 20 days to 30 days. They gave me a form to fill, I did the same and had the device submitted to them. After 10 days I got a call from kolkata that I need to whatsapp the bill to her as the bill is missing. I instantly sent her the pdf and after 5 days she called me & told me ur device is ready and we r sending it to ur local service point please collect it after 2 days. On nxt day I got a call from my local service centre to collect my device. And I got it prepared totally free of cost.

You can choose Realme, Redmi, Samsung etc. Ki service achhi haa.. Moto ka sabse ghatiya service haa india mee... Koi authorized service center nahi ha.. maximum area mee..

Pure dark colour only Amoled ei ase.. market e onek cheap LCD panel o pawa jay jate pure dark/black asbe na, asa kori er pichoner technical reason ta jane thakbe.. first confirm koro j panel ti original amoled kina..

Last September e first line ashe. Er modhhe 26 ta line asche. Dubai te warranty claim kore giyechilam but tara kono vabei free warranty dey ni. Apnar ta te tao dent chilo ar amar ta te ekta scratch o chilo na.

Same green-pink lines are coming in G72 after 1.4yrs. Syscomp said its a common problem but wont replace for free, asked 8k. Moto has become a thug company. Knowingly inducing issues in the phone so that people buy new Moto phn. Boycott this brand.
I think government should take action against these increasing frauds. Otherwise we should file complaint, legal notice against these fraudsters.

Terms & condition me yeh sab brands chote chote aksaro me likhti hain ki "slightly dent ya discoloration etc. Parne pad brand warranty k liye reject kar sakhti he" yeh lagbhag sabhi brands likhti he. Isliye in logo ke upar koi bhi legal action lena muskil he.. lekhin iss tarah se business zyada din nahi kiya ja sakta.. at the end customers he ultimate judge he.

First of all: yeh problem software ka nahi hain.. hardware ka hain.. agar software k karan bhi device main issue aati hain then wo log device dent etc. Reason dikhake apke device ko out of warranty declare kar de rahe hain.. "video" mein voice recording part thik se suniye fir pata chalega apko.. therefore galti kitna bhi brand ke kyon na ho.. eh faltu - ghatiya 😡 log 80% device ko ayse he service nahi de rahe he..
& Second of all: yes, agar log ak sath milke is brand ki against kade hote he, then brand ko issue solve karna padega.. that's why share this video as much as possible so that it reaches top.

I went to there service centre "Everest mobicare" at Chandni chowk, Kolkata.
They rejected my phone because of minor dents near corner of phone.
Very much unsatisfied with brand 😡😡

I appreciate your efforts to get justice. Even I loved Motorola phones. I use Moto G 52. I am facing the same issue of green lines. After listening to your experience, I do not even want to visit Moto Service Center. We may forget this loss and move on, but I will never buy a Moto phone again. Never! If they do not know how to treat their customers, they do not deserve our hard earned money and our respect as a brand! Thanks once again for making this video.

You never know which newly launched phone will show up it's true color after 7-8 or 13 months.. so spent your hard-earned money towards wise decision & try to ignore motorola.. they have no authorized service in india..

Bhai it all depends on service centre, if you are having any issue visit service centre and issue will be resolved if service centre is supportive. Infact my phone was having a minor crack near the earpiece still got free replacement
& these service centers work for the company as per the direction. SC don't give you sevice by their own. Yes, I've heard in some few cases SC has accepted the moto devices but in most case scenario they are rejecting which is a sign of low class business & marketing. You can check other comments to know.
@@adtechify yes the service center tries to deny free service. They point out a small scratch in my display. The scratch is not visible with direct look. That scratch is microscopic. But they pointed out it as a big issue.
