Nice job, impeccable sear and plate...I know they are tough to keep looking that nice. By the way I purchased the 30 gal fire pit with stand, hoping to set it up when the weather changes. Happy springtime

Thank you, right now this is my favorite way to cook steak. It’s been pretty fool Proof. Enjoy the fire pit, I’ve been trying to talk my wife into getting one. I’m looking at the 20 gallon with the cooking system. I have a small backyard, I’m not sure if the 30 gallon would fit. Enjoy, it looks awesome.

I have the cooking system on a short list, however just for the two knuckles, ring and stem it's $399. There is another company called Sea Island Forge in Ga along the coast that has a cooking system but it's way over the top. First it covers the whole 30 gal opening and the height adjustment is so much better, and it will hook up to the syrup kettle because it's made for their's. The cost is $999, but as I said way over the top, not for common family living on a budget. @@whitepinesbbq6880

It did when I bought it. I don’t think it does anymore. It also acts as your diffuser plate when smoking. i’ve been wanting to make more videos, I’ve had a lot going on the last couple months. Things are cleared up now. i’ve been enjoying your pizza oven build.
