I’m driving a 2020 mini hatch 5 door (4door for US ). It’s the cooper S in all black. It’s stealthy and amazing. Chipped stage one. 189 bhp and 220 lb ft torque standard, is now 248 bhp and 285 lb ft. It’s a little beast.
My 20 has 14,000 miles on it. I do have black lounge leather interior along with the black roof liner. So interior totally blacked out. I ordered mine with the black roof, and mirror caps that are JCW on them. Basically ordered with everything ..all the way down to the floating hubcaps. I can tell you I ran that thing up to 135 in a snap driving in from Oregon to California. Love my car. I also got mine ordered with all blackout insignias and handles. Truly a sleeper that nobody expects until they hear that thing take off! Went on a road rally with two GP3. I can tell you no GP3 runs away from this in a straight line. Still this is fastest Mini made 0 to 60.
Sorry if I missed it but was there something significant about that panel section between the rear driver's side door and the back of the car? My 2020 Clubman doesn't have that.
The cool thing about Mini is you can pretty much (at least pre-pandemic) configure your preferences around interior and exterior colors. The "bad" thing about mini is you can pretty much configure your preferences around interior and exterior colors. I love the moonwalk gray and red (wish I could have opt'd for that in my 2023 JCW coming in a few months ) but that light color interior "bothers" me - I'm sure I would change my mind seeing it in person or at least be able to "accept" it. The color combo reminds me of what some veteran Corvette buyers (veteran meaning buying Corvette for years) would do and order the most off the wall color combos simply because nobody else would so they could say they have a one of one - the funny thing about that is there would be another handful of people that would order the same combo and would then be a 1 of about a dozen.... To each their own - and as long as it's not "boring" that's one of the main things.

The JCW Clubman is the Secretariat / Jordan / Ali / Bryant / Brady of the car world. 4. This is the car we need to introduce to any visitors from Outer Space, if they arrive. 5. I WANT ONE.
@@TheMINIac It's a great job on the video. I would have produced this video without the music. It's distracting from what you're saying. And the audio is already not done correctly. I'm a professional video editor and a music studio engineer for over 20 years. I'd leave the music out. You'll have a better video. Also, music selection for certain parts of certain videos is tricky to select in order to produce the right effect. This video would have reached a higher level of production value without the music. Also, your voiceover is mono coming out of the left channel only. Great audio makes a great video. Use the audio mixer in your NLE. Good luck!
Why would anyone in his/her sane mind get a performance car and then equip it with all-weather tires? (effectively compromising its, ergh, performance? ;) Anyway, Clubman F54 is just the best MINI for those with kids, I've got S model as 300hp in a family vehicle... too much IMO :) PS thanks for putting up a banner to support Ukraine, I was born and raised there.
@@TheMINIac feels that's another old world vs new world things: in Europe it's natural to run 2 sets of tires: summer and winter; all-weather is a choice for those who count the last penny in their pocket--but then would such audience would unlikely pick a performance car?.. So ofc MINI never sells their cars on all-weather tires in Europe.
I "opt" for normal all season radials for the new MINIs I've bought (F54 JCW, F54 S, and a F56 JCW on the way) for a couple of reasons: 1) I'm going to "ditch" the runflats and 2) I'm not feeling the wheels or brand of tires that are the extra $150 so I'll buy another set of wheels and tires which would be about the same price as the wheel and tire protection warranty plus the cost of the upgraded wheels/tires from the factory. Then if the ASR runflats are garbage after a winter or two I'll have winter tires put on the OE wheels - and Bob's your uncle.... as far as the 300 vs 189 HP - if you want more hamsters there's always a tune - you don't have to get crazy with the cheese wiz neither - just bump it up by 15 or 20 that would be a hoot when nobody is around...
