My doctor prescribed this to me but had no idea how it is used. Thanks to your video now I am able to use my inhaler.
My Dr prescribed this to my mother , I'm scared to give it to her does it has side effects? he also gave her a spacer we need to use spacer with this inhaler

Very helpful. I feel like I’m doing something wrong because I can feel some powder in my mouth. Maybe my tongue is blocking some of it by mistake. I just switched from the aerosol Fostair and it’s going to take me a while to get used to it I think.
But yeah I wouldn’t wait until it’s down to 10 doses before ordering another. To guarantee I’ll get one in time, I have to order when it’s on about 40 left.

Thanks for the instructions! My father stared using these and they help him. But very often the doses start getting smaller after 20-30 uses and the "click" becomes very quiet. He cleans it after every use, so i dont know whats the problem. Hope you have a tip for us? Thanks
Thanks for getting in touch. The inhaler should be cleaned with a dry tissue only. If you think the device is not working as it should we advise you speak to the pharmacist who issued the device. Hope that is helpful!
Unfortunately because I’m English I didn’t understand a word. Luckily I got the gist through the actions. (I’ll be using my t shirt not a clean cloth to clean it). Cheers for info
Hi, dose the NEXThaler deliver more drugs to the lung comparing to the pressurised metered dose inhaler?
The NEXThaler is a breath-operated inhaler. The device that has been developed to be "intuitive to use" . Moderate and severe asthmatic patients and COPD patients were shown to be able to produce sufficient inspiratory flow to trigger dose release from NEXThaler.

I somehow don't manage to breath in that strong and fast as it is showed here. So the clicking noise comes after 2-3 seconds, when my lungs are already full. Lots of powder lands directly at my tongue.
Do you have an advice for me? Or is it nothing I should worry about?

That's not good, the medication won't work as well and you have an increased risk of oral thrush. Maybe use ventolin 10 minutes before you take it. Consult your doctor if the problem remains.
Also maybe you could ask for a push activated inhaler.
Plz guide! My father use it some powder remains in mouth!is it ok i mean it goes down in lungs or not?? Dr said its ok if some remains in mouth jst rinse ur mouth?? Plz plz plz Answer
It is recommend, as stated in the video, to brush your teeth after using the inhaler.

How many times we can use it ?
As with all medication NEXThaler should be used as per your prescription. This will depend on why you have been prescribed it, the strength you have been given your past medical history and many more factors. Can after taking dose drinking of water is good or not
It's normaly have some powder in mouth but the inhaler don't count ?
