Restaurant usually uses Sri Lanka Crabs for Chilli Crabs 😊 It is called Cereal Prawn, because cereal is used, not almond 😊

Almond prawn? More like cereal prawn and people don’t usually eat the shells and head together with the meat they usually peel the shell or skin or whatever u call it

It is ok to eat cereal prawn with its shell if it is done really well. Meaning it is fried until the shell is crispy, some places selling this don't cook it well, and the shell is still hard when they serve it to you. That is why ppl peel those shells then.
